RESUMO
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to present the Emotional Health teacher specifically
through the Burnout Syndrome, concepts, symptoms, causes, consequences,
treatment and prevention establishing its relationship to physical and emotional
exhaustion that many individuais are subjected daily in their work environment,
making that their incarne falls as to not answer the demand for their work. Because it
is such a severe disorder, our goal is that more and more people can understand
better about it and thereby identifying potential discomfort or symptoms related to the
syndrome, allowing create prevention strategies. However, a literature review was
conducted on the subject, using publications of various authors as a basis for such
production, so that it can intervene directly and clarify the causes that lead teachers
to be committed by the syndrome.
