FATO RELEVANTE

RETOMADA DA PRODUÇÃO NO POLO PAPA TERRA

A 3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” ou “Companhia”) (B3: RRRP3), em atendimento às disposições da
Resolução da CVM Nº 44, e em sequência ao fato relevante divulgado em 16 de maio de 2023, comunica aos
seus investidores e ao mercado em geral que o reparo no sistema de offloading da plataforma 3R-3 (FPSO)
foi concluído no dia 24 de maio e na mesma data foram iniciados os procedimentos para retomada da
produção, conforme planejado pela Companhia.

No momento o poço PPT-51 está em operação e a Companhia aguarda a chegada de navio aliviador para
nova operação de offloading nos próximos dias, antes da reabertura de mais dois poços.

Por fim, a 3R reforça o seu compromisso em manter seus investidores e o mercado em geral devidamente
informados, em linha com as melhores práticas de governança corporativa e em estrita conformidade com a
legislação em vigor.

MATERIAL FACT

RESUMPTION OF PRODUCTION AT PAPA TERRA CLUSTER

3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” or “Company”) (B3: RRRP3), in compliance with the provisions of
CVM Resolution No. 44, and following the material fact disclosed on May 16, 2023, informs its investors and
the market in general that repairs of the offloading system on platform 3R-3 (FPSO) were concluded on May
24 and on the same date, procedures were started to resume production, as planned by the Company.

At the moment, well PPT-51 is in operation and the Company is awaiting the arrival of a shuttle tanker for a
new offloading operation in the coming days, before the reopening of two more wells.

Finally, 3R reinforces its commitment to keep its investors and the market in general duly informed, in line
with the best corporate governance practices and in strict compliance with the legislation in force.
