Declaramos que o Sr(a). Hermes Agro Trade Investimentos Ltda (o "Cliente"), inscrito no CPF/MF
sob o nº 47229720000197, conta XP n° 14346772, é nosso cliente desde 14/11/2023 e possui, na
presente data, o valor de R$ 3325694688,92 (três bilhões, trezentos e vinte e cinco milhões,
seiscentos e noventa e quatro mil, seiscentos e oitenta e oito reais e noventa e dois centavos)
investido na XP Investimentos. Esse montante corresponde a USD 680644008,29, de acordo com
a cotação de fechamento da taxa de câmbio do dólar comercial do dia 28/11/2023.

Adicionalmente, confirmamos que, mediante solicitação da Cliente, o valor investido pode ser
resgatado e transferido para a conta bancária do Cliente, observadas as regras de resgate
específicas para cada ativo.

Esta declaração foi elaborada pela XP Investimentos a pedido e em nome do Cliente. Essa
declaração tem caráter meramente informativo. O conteúdo desta declaração não pode ser
divulgado a terceiros sem que haja autorização expressa e prévia do Cliente. As informações
contidas nessa declaração foram consideradas razoáveis na data em que ele foi divulgado. A
conversão para dólar indicada acima é meramente indicativa, não tendo a XP Investimentos ou
seus colaboradores qualquer responsabilidade sobre essa conversão. Nenhuma responsabilidade
pode ser atribuída a XP Investimentos ou a seus colaboradores decorrente da utilização desta

We hereby confirm that Mr(s). Hermes Agro Trade Investimentos Ltda , enrolled with the
individual taxpayer's registry (CPF/MF) under nº 47229720000197 (the "Client"), XP Account nº
14346772, is our client since 11/14/2023 and has, at the present date, the total amount of three
billion, three hundred and twenty-five million, six hundred and ninety-four thousand, six hundred
and eighty-eight reais and ninety-two centavos (R$ 3325694688,92) invested at XP Investimentos
CCTVM S.A. ("XP Investimentos"). This amount corresponds to USD 680644008,29 , according to
the closing quotation of the commercial dollar exchange rate of the day 11/28/2023.

In addition, we hereby confirm that upon the Client's request the amount invested at XP
Investimentos may be transferred to the Client's bank account, pursuant to the specific
redemption rules applicable for each type of investment.
