Usos do infinitivo com to

Usa-se o infinitivo com to:
1. Após the first, the second, the third, the last, the only, the next, etc:
I was the first to arrive this morning. (Fui o primeiro a chegar hoje de manhã.)
He is always the last to get up the bed. (Ele é sempre o último a levantar da cama.)

The journalist was the only one to realize my mistake. (O jornalista foi o único a notar meu erro.)
2. Após adjetivos, quando não forem seguidos por preposição e quando um adjetivo ou advérbio
estiver acompanhado de too e enough:
My car is hard to park because it is too big. (Meu carro é difícil de estacionar porque é muito grande.)
It is easy to learn any language when you practice every day. (Qualquer língua é fácil de aprender quando
se pratica todo o dia.)
We are happy to be here. (Estamos felizes por estar aqui.)
I think my daughter is too youg to get married. (Acho que minha filha é muito nova para casar.)
John was surprised to get Priscilla's love letter. (João ficou surpreso por receber uma carta de amor de
