conhecimentos especficos de uma rea do saber
(Ex. problemas escolares)

-Problemas tpicos do Gestaltismo e de laboratrio
-Problemas cotidianos e/ou que envolvem julgamento,
situaes de conflito de interesses ou tomada de
deciso.
Em pesquisas que estudam a influncia do
humor na resoluo de problemas,
encontramos:
Por um lado, resultados que sugerem que um
estado de humor negativo tende a favorecer um
processamento cognitivo mais sistemtico, mais
detalhista e mais preocupado com o monitoramento
dos erros e com o resultado do desempenho (Bless,
2001)
