Estrutura Fundiária é o modo como
as propriedades agrárias estão
distribuídas e organizadas em um
determinado país ou espaço. Para
se conhecer a estrutura fundiária de
um país, leva-se em consideração a
quantidade, o tamanho e a
distribuição social das propriedades
rurais na área analisada.

 Lei de terras do Brasil (1964)

⊷ O documento que regula o uso de terras no
Brasil é a Lei de Terras, (lei 4.504/64)
assinada no ano de 1964. E em seu artigo
4º ela define as estruturas das propriedades
rurais como:

1)Propriedade familiar
2)Minifundio
3)Latifundio
4)Empresa rural

integral são: estação ecológica,
reserva biológica, parque,
monumento natural e refúgio
de vida silvestre.

natureza com o uso sustentável dos recursos
naturais. Nesse grupo, atividades que envolvem
coleta e uso dos recursos naturais são permitidas,
mas desde que praticadas de uma forma que a
perenidade dos recursos ambientais renováveis e
dos processos ecológicos esteja assegurada.

As categorias de uso sustentável são: área de relevante
interesse ecológico, floresta nacional, reserva de fauna,
reserva de desenvolvimento sustentável, reserva extrativista,
área de proteção ambiental (APA) e reserva particular do
patrimônio natural (RPPN).
