POR QUE ENGORDAMOS?


A Insulina se encarrega desta tarefa:
Falando de um forma simplificada, saltando alguns
passos intermedirios no relevantes para nossos objetivos, a insulina, hormnio
produzido pelo pncreas, converte a glicose presente no sangue(acar), em
gordura (lipdeo). Simples assim! Primeiro guardando essa energia disponvel
no fgado e msculos e quando j esto cheios, a insulina fora o armazenamento
de triglicerdeos(gordura) nas clulas adiposas.

Como se no bastasse, a presena constante de altos ndices de insulina
