COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

A Notre Dame Intermédica Participações S.A. (“Companhia”), em cumprimento ao disposto

no artigo 12 da Instrução da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (“CVM”) nº 358/02, comunica aos
seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, em 03 de Dezembro de 2020, recebeu uma
correspondência da BlackRock, Inc (“BlackRock”), em nome de alguns de seus clientes e na
qualidade de administrador de investimentos, informando que adquiriu ações ordinárias de
emissão da Companhia de modo que as suas participações passaram a ser, de forma agregada,
30.791.073 ações ordinárias, correspondentes a aproximadamente 5,04% do total de ações
ordinárias de emissão da Companhia.

A Companhia ressalta que as informações específicas exigidas pelo artigo 12 da Instrução CVM
358 constam da correspondência enviada pela BlackRock à Companhia, conforme documento
anexo a este comunicado.

Prezados Senhores,

1 A BlackRock, Inc. (“BlackRock”) vem, em nome de alguns de seus clientes, na qualidade de

administrador de investimentos, informar que adquiriu ações ordinárias emitidas pela Notre Dame
Intermédica Participações S.A. (“Companhia”), sendo que, em 30 de novembro de 2020, suas
participações alcançaram, de forma agregada, 30.791.073 ações ordinárias, representando
aproximadamente 5,04% do total de ações ordinárias emitidas pela Companhia, e 162.721
instrumentos financeiros derivativos referenciados em ações ordinárias com liquidação financeira,
representando aproximadamente 0,02% do total de ações ordinárias emitidas pela Companhia.

2 A fim de atender o disposto no Artigo 12 da Instrução nº 358 da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários

(“CVM”), datada de 03 de janeiro de 2002, conforme alterada, a BlackRock, por meio desta, solicita ao
Diretor de Relações com Investidores da Companhia a divulgação das seguintes informações à CVM e
aos demais órgãos competentes:

(i) BlackRock tem sede registrada em 55 East 52nd Street, Cidade de Nova Iorque, Estado de
Nova Iorque 10022-0002, Estados Unidos da América;

(ii) as participações societárias detidas pela BlackRock alcançaram, de forma agregada,

30.791.073 ações ordinárias, representando aproximadamente 5,04% do total de ações
ordinárias emitidas pela Companhia, e 162.721 instrumentos financeiros derivativos
referenciados em ações ordinárias com liquidação financeira, representando aproximadamente
0,02% do total de ações ordinárias emitidas pela Companhia, conforme especificado no item 1
acima;

(iii) o objetivo das participações societárias acima mencionadas é estritamente de investimento, não
objetivando alteração do controle acionário ou da estrutura administrativa da Companhia; e

(iv) não foram celebrados, pela BlackRock, quaisquer contratos ou acordos que regulem o
exercício de direito de voto ou a compra e venda de valores mobiliários emitidos pela
Companhia.

3 Permanecemos à disposição para quaisquer esclarecimentos ou comentários adicionais que julguem

necessários quanto ao assunto.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Notre Dame Intermédica Participações S.A. (“Company”), pursuant to the provisions of CVM
Rule No. 358/02, hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, on
December 03, 2020, it received a notice from BlackRock, Inc (“BlackRock”), on behalf of some
of its clients and in the capacity of investment manager, informing that it has acquired common
shares issued by the Company and as a result its aggregate holdings added up to 30,791,073
common shares, representing 5.04% of the total common shares issued by the Company.

The Company highlights that the specific information required by article 12 of CVM Rule 358 is
included in the notice sent by BlackRock to the Company herein attached.

NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO – Disclosure of Material Equity Holding

Dear Sirs,

1 The undersigned BlackRock, Inc. (“BlackRock”), hereby informs, on behalf of some of its clients, in
its capacity of investment manager, that it has acquired common shares issued by NOTRE DAME
INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO so that, on November 30th, 2020 its aggregated holdings added up
to 30,791,073 common shares representing approximately 5.04% of the total common shares
issued by NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO and 162,721 cash settled derivatives
representing approximately 0.02% of the total common shares issued by NOTRE DAME
INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO.

2 For the purposes of Article 12 of the Brazilian Securities Commission (“CVM”) Ruling No. 358, of
January 3, 2002, as amended, BlackRock hereby requests NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA
PARTICIPACO Investors Relations Officer to disclose the following information to CVM and to the
relevant bodies:

(i) BlackRock registered office is located at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, New York 10022-
0002, USA;

(ii) BlackRock’s aggregated holdings added up to 30,791,073 common shares representing

approximately 5.04% of the total common shares issued by NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA
PARTICIPACO and 162,721 cash settled derivatives representing approximately 0.02% of
the total common shares issued by NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO. as
specified on item 1 above;

(iii) the purpose of the above mentioned equity holdings is strictly of investment, and there is no
intention to change the control composition or the administrative structure of NOTRE DAME
INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO

(iv) no debentures convertible into shares issued by NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA

PARTICIPACO are held by BlackRock; and

(v) no agreement or contract regulating the exercise of voting right or the purchase and sale of
securities issued by NOTRE DAME INTERMEDICA PARTICIPACO were executed by
BlackRock.
