Cable Installation: Instalação do cabo

1- Adjust idling 650 to 700 rpm 1- Regule a marcha lenta entre 650 a 700 rpm.

Adjustment of the engine brake drive: Regulagem do acionamento do freio motor

A) Connect the electrical harness to the central harness. A) Conectar o chicote elétrico ao chicote central do veículo.

B) Make sure that the air tanks are loaded. B) Certifique que os reservatórios de ar estejam carregados.

C) Switch on the ignition key vehicle, with the engine off. C) Acione a chave na posição de contato, com o motor desligado.

H) After obtaining the injection pump stop, adjust the accelerator pedal stop by leaving a gap between stop and
pedal to a maximum of 5mm. H) Após obtenção do batente da bomba injetora, ajustar o batente de pedal de acelerador deixando uma
folga entre batente e pedal de no máximo de 5mm.
I) With the vehicle in motion, check the engine braking performance at least 5 times in order to ensure the efficiency
of the system. I) Com o veículo em movimento, verificar a atuação do freio motor no mínimo 5 vezes, afim de garantir
a eficiência do sistema.

1 - To used cable, turn the adjustment screw clockwise until you see some resistance, then
follow guidance above. 1 - Para cabo usado, gire o parafuso de regulagem no sentido horário até observar certa resistência, depois
siga orientação acima.
2 - Disengagement of the engine brake, after deceleration of the vehicle, should occur with maximum 200 rpm above
the idling, (900 rpm). 2 - O desacionamento do freio motor, após a desaceleração do veículo, deverá ocorrer com no máximo
200 rpm acima da marcha lenta, (900 RPM).
