público. Você não pode perguntar a outra pessoa se ela é um membro, você não pode
pedir-lhe instruções para uma reunião, você não pode falar sobre o clube fora do clube.

Como você descobre sem comunicação verbal quem são os membros?

O sistema de irmandade luciferiana usa uma série de diferentes ferramentas de

comunicação secretas, e uma delas são os anéis. Como o tipo que você usa no dedo.

Você provavelmente já viu algumas dessas fotos de celebridades e figuras políticas nas
mídias sociais, mostrando seus anéis. A menos que você tenha o decodificador mestre,
Our Whistleblower (OW), você não encontrará as respostas sobre o significado desses
anéis com uma pesquisa no Google. Ou o DuckDuckGo, que agora é tão corrupto quanto
o Google. Felizmente, alguns decodificadores foram feitos que nos dizem o significado

Quadrants

I’ll do a bit of a quadrant refresher here for anybody new to the structure of the system.
In the United States, there are 4 different regions, called quadrants, that divide the
power and responsibilities of the system’s members. Each quadrant contains covens, or
magic circles, which are composed of fairly low-level individuals. They are overseen or
managed by middle management, who generally hold the title of “High Priest” or “High
Priestess”. They are overseen by “Grand High Priests” and “Grand High Priestesses”. These
were overseen until a recent reorganization of the system by a single Mother of
Darkness. Then those Mothers of Darkness were overseen by the Queen Mother of
Darkness who reported directly to Lucifer. Since April of 2021 the Mother’s of Darkness
(MODs) have been replaced by the acting Antichrist (AC), but the MODs were in
operation for centuries, so more info is available about them than the AC.

As far as I can figure from the information given in multiple podcasts, the quadrants for
the United States are arranged like the four compass directions, North, South East and
West. Here is the Illustration from my book, which also has more information on this
should you care to read it.

The Northern Quadrants are composed of parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan

Indiana, and Illinois. The Southern Quadrants contains parts of Texas and Louisiana. The
Western Quadrants and Eastern Quadrants are a bit more of a mystery. I believe they go
up both seaboards as pictured above, but can’t be sure if they are placed correctly,
because it hasn’t been specifically stated by Our Whistleblower (OW). It’s possible I’ve
got the East and West reversed and they are not aligned with the compass directions.

Internationally, there are also four quadrants, but figuring out which ones those are is
even more elusive. Britain may be part of the Western Quadrant. So while I do know
there are 4 US quadrants and 4 International Quadrants, I can’t tell you which state or
country is in what quadrant as it just hasn’t been detailed to that level at this time.

Interestingly, the quadrants and witches that control them were alluded to in the occult
film The Wizard of Oz. Remember the Wicked Witch of the East and the Wicked Witch of
the West? That wasn’t hyperbole. While the film took some liberties with Glinda the
good witch of the North, there were 4 directions, and in real life, each of these
directions is managed by a bad witch. (L. Frank Baum was an occultist, and the whole
series of books he wrote on OZ was written to be used by the system).

OK, so, in order to distinguish which quadrant which Witch comes from, these witches
wear rings when they gather, so that people know what their area of influence is. The
Northern quadrants colors are green and white, West is blue, East is yellow/gold, and
South is red. These are the color stones that they’re likely to be wearing depending on
the location where they are assigned in the system.

Qasem Soleimani, Tom Hanks, Hillary Clinton, Tony Podesta, Sheila Jackson Lee and
Arnold Schwarzenegger are all pictured wearing similar rings. I believe the individual
lower left is the Supreme Ruler of Iran, Khamenei, but it’s hard to tell. The majority of
these individuals have been positively identified as high-level members of the
Luciferian brotherhood, of a rank at minimum of High Priest/Priestess. It’s difficult to tell
except for Oprah and Soleimani what color their rings actually are.

Despite searching very hard, I have been fairly unsuccessful at finding individual
pictures of individuals I know are high ranking in the brotherhood wearing rings that
would indicate their status and position. If there is a photo of a possible ring, the
picture is often in black and white, so you can’t identify the color of the stone. Their
hands are often turned sideways or one hand covers another in public photos. It’s as if
the internet search engines have scrubbed them off their search results. I did try the
Getty Images site, which has more celebrity brotherhood than most other locations, but
only managed to find an interesting ring of Julia Roberts, who has not been positively
identified as a member of the club by OW, but has been implicated by Altiyan Childs.
The person she’s with, George Clooney, is a Grand High Priest.

High Level Brotherhood Rings

Before the system switched in 2021 from the rule and power of the Mothers of
Darkness to the rule and power of the Antichrist, the five Mothers of Darkness each had
a ring of power with a black stone in it.

Our Whistleblower tells a story of how at age 5, the Queen Mother of Darkness took out
a box with rings in it and showed them to her. There was the big black ring, a sapphire,
a ruby and an emerald. They were rings passed-down her family line from one Mother
of Darkness to the next. (RR 05) Mother of Darkness rings had removable “pins” which
could be dipped in poison. They would rub their hands through someone’s hair with that
ring on and the person would die of a heart attack a few days later.

Ranking just below the Mothers of Darkness, the Satanic Councilmen wear rings that
look something like this:

14:08 time stamp (RR 31)

There’s a braided looking edge and a smooth uncut stone common to councilmen rings,
and this stone is red, which indicates the southern quadrant. So this would be worn by
the Satanic Council members of the southern quadrant, according to OW. Looking back
up to that other photo compilation, Oprah, Soleimani, Hanks, Jackson Lee and the others
are all wearing rings similar to this, so perhaps some or all of them are members of the
Satanic Council.

Same with Johnny Depp, who below is also sporting a Masonic ring in addition to a ring
that indicates that he is a Satanic Councilman as well as a High Priest in multiple
quadrants in the US and internationally. He’s also a vampire regent lord, along with his
wife (ex?) Amber Heard. Vampires are typically part of the protector division of the
brotherhood. (RR 31)

Indivíduos de nível inferior terão anéis em prata.

Este anel está associado ao Sinédrio, o que pode parecer estranho,

dado que este homem é supostamente católico, e o Sinédrio é um
corpo judeu de alto nível.

As facções judaicas, muçulmanas e católicas da irmandade

trabalham juntas. As facções católicas são tipicamente associadas
aos jesuítas, mas muitos padres, cardeais e, sim, papas, também
são membros.

Anéis na forma dos Ouroboros, uma cobra comendo sua cauda

ou um dragão comendo sua cauda também significam
classificação nos Illuminati, de acordo com Springmeier &
Wheeler. (FS 01)

Outros usos para anéis

Beta Kitties, o termo usado para escravas sexuais programadas no sistema de

irmandade, também usaria os anéis das pessoas para distinguir quem elas deveriam se
aproximar e servir durante festas ou reuniões especiais. (RR 41) Outros tipos de
escravos do sistema também podem usar anéis que significam seu trabalho e
classificação no ocultismo. (FS 03)

Às vezes, o sistema mergulha anéis especiais no sangue das vítimas sacrificadas e esses
são dados aos membros que são instruídos a usar o anel. (FS 03)

Ônix preto, topázio azul e anéis de diamante podem ser usados. Anéis de ônix preto
também são usados para capturar almas – pelo menos é o que o usuário é informado.

Em Glinda de Oz, de L. Frank Baum, o anel dado a

Dorothy pela Feiticeira era protetor e usado para
invocação. Se Dorothy virasse o anel uma vez para
a direita, uma vez para a esquerda, ela convocaria
Glinda em seu palácio e ela viria e resgataria
Dorothy.

Dorothy, Glinda e Ozma dessas histórias de Oz

representam partes programadas dentro de
sistemas escravos que foram programados com
programação Galaxy (fim dos tempos) ou
programação Oz. O Anel de Glinda é usado para
proteção dos alters dentro do sistema. (FS 03)

Em outros momentos, os escravos do sistema programado são informados de que seus

alters tiveram seus corações roubados e colocados dentro de uma pedra ou um anel.
Eles são informados de que, se o perderem, nunca mais serão amados por seu
programador / mestre de escravos novamente. Os programadores também usam anéis

usados pelos programadores ou mestres são usados para acessar certos programas
dentro de suas vítimas, como programas de castelo, que exigem que um anel especial

Tanto Joan Collins quanto Betty White eram/são Grandes Sus Sacerdotisas, mas,
novamente, encontrar uma foto de qualquer uma delas on-line com um anel que
pudesse indicar seu status não foi fácil. O melhor que consegui foram essas fotos, mas
na do meio eu nem sei dizer se a pedra é azul, que seria a cor para o Quadrante
Ocidental.

Curiosamente, Betty White e Gloria Vanderbilt têm fotos delas com anéis de pérolas,
embora eu não saiba qual pode ser esse significado.

Identificando-se com Lúcifer

Por fim, os anéis são usados como no sinal externo de identificação com Lúcifer. Nas
fileiras muito altas dos Illuminati, correntes de ouro também podem ser usadas ao
redor do pescoço como um sinal externo de se identificar com Lúcifer, que estava "preso
por Deus a um anel de fogo e acorrentado ao abismo". Em vez de um anel, o agora
falecido pastor Robert Schuller usa uma corrente em volta do pescoço. (FS 03) Seu filho,
Robert Anthony Schuller, também foi recentemente divulgado como ocultista.

Anéis são comuns nos dias de hoje no casamento, e o "dedo anelar" que mais usa foi
escolhido, de acordo com Cisco Wheeler, por bruxas antigas. Muitas de nossas práticas
modernas, feriados, etc., são emprestadas de práticas pagãs ou ocultas. Anabatistas
(menonitas e amish) não usam alianças de casamento. "Os cristãos", observa Wheeler,
"em geral, não sabem nada das origens pagãs e da simbologia dos anéis que usam". Esse
