congelamento do protune)
4. Insira o cartão SD na câmera.
5. Segure o botão “obturador” enquanto liga a câmera.
6. Solte o botão do obturador. Pressione e solte o botão de energia. Um prompt aparecerá para “pressionar
1″. Pressione e solte o botão de energia. Um prompt aparecerá para “pressionar 2″. Pressione e solte o
botão de energia.
7. A câmera instalará a atualização e se desligará.

apagando. ele tinha muitas cores e linhas diferentes, então eu removi a tela e fui remover a bateria.

Alguma dica?
Obrigado

Unfortunately it appears to me that without ProTune the WiFi phone app won’t work. I need to use the
app so this is not really a fix for my freezing problem. Any ideas ??

i managed to downgrade the version but it seems i cannot access the settings. So i re-installed the
1.3.2.169 version, turned on the protune, but i did not change the date(01/01/11).. and it somehow
seems to be working fine..

I have the freezing problem almost from since buying both GoPro’s in 2012. I own 2x of them and one

freezes more than the other randomly but I’ve had freezing problem on both whilst filming. I use quality
memory cards – SanDisk class 10 Extreme 32Gb cards. Both GoPro’s have the latest firmware
installed. As my GoPro’s are out of warranty and the shop I bought them from went out of business
during the warranty period I wasn’t able to do much and I certainly can do nothing now in terms of
warranty replacement so I might give this fix a try.
I have a question before I try it though? I have also purchased 2x WiFi BacPacs. I’m assuming with
going back to an older firmware my GoPro will no longer be able to use the WiFi BacPac?

I don’t have the wifi bacpac so I can’t confirm, but I’m pretty sure they won’t work anymore with the
firmware downgrade. You can always update back to the latest firmware if you like, but the freezing
will eventually recur.

tried the steps and used the recommended firmware on this page.
Im staring at a gopro scn that shows an arrow pointing down, and v312 with all of the lights flashing
red….
Ive reformmated 3 different sd cards and followed the steps with the same result.

@john… try this link from the gopro website. I haven’t tried it but it looks like it might be useful.

Hey guys!
Finally I found a fix for my useless gopro!! I ran into the same “Press 3″ issue as stated above, dig a bit
more digging online and found that if once you get to the “press one” screen you do a double click of
the power button it should install the firmware just fine!!!

One snag that I did not see mentioned here though is that I cannot access the settings anymore. When i
click over to the wrench icon it does a triple beep and cycles me back to the video option.
Any thoughts?

Sorry, I have not experienced that problem. I simply leave my gopro alone with the principle… If it
ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
