bylaws dated 12/12/2014, registered with the Board
of Trade of the State of São Paulo - JUCESP, under
No. represented pursuant to clauses 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8,
of its consolidated bylaws, by their only partners,
representing its total capital (stock):
Carlos, Portuguese with equal rights of Brazilians,
pursuant to Decree No. 70.391/72, married,

enrolled with the Individual’s Taxpayer Register

supervised collection of credits, as well as
extrajudicial / out-of-courts collection of credits;
represent it as a Creditor in Creditors’ General
Meetings of companies in Court-Supervised
Recovery procedures, particularly with the
Brazilian Securities Commission - CVM;
represent the grantor in summons
or extrajudicial notices, as well as execute
Rescissions or contractual terminations;
and they may also delegate powers, with or without
reserve thereof.
