operacionais do 3T21. Ressaltamos que os resultados aqui apresentados são gerenciais e não
foram submetidos à revisão da auditoria externa.

DESTAQUES

Vendas Brutas % Trisul totalizaram R$ 190,6 milhões no 3T21.

Lançamentos % Trisul totalizaram R$ 303,5 milhões no 3T21. No acumulado do ano, os
lançamentos totalizaram R$ 1,0 bilhão.
Entregas % Trisul totalizaram R$ 213 milhões no 3T21.
O VSO trimestral (em unidades) registrou 14%.
O Landbank total ao final de setembro somava R$ 5,1 bilhões.

Gross Sales % Trisul totaled R$ 190.6 million in the 3Q21.

Launches % Trisul totaled R$ 303.5 million in the 3Q21.

Deliveries % Trisul totaled R$ 213 million in the 3Q21.

Quarterly VSO (in units) registered was 14%.

Landbank at the end of September totaled R$ 5.1 billion.
