Pagamento de Juros Sobre o Capital Próprio – 1T23

A Eternit S.A. – Em Recuperação Judicial (B3: ETER3, “Companhia” ou “Eternit”), em cumprimento

à Resolução da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários nº44 de 23/08/2021, vem informar aos seus
acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, de acordo com a Política de Dividendos e Juros Sobre o
Capital Próprio aprovada em 30/06/2022, a Companhia realizará pagamento de proventos aos
acionistas no valor bruto de R$ 4.811.533,47 (quatro milhões, oitocentos e onze mil, quinhentos e
trinta e três reais e quarenta e sete centavos ) em Juros Sobre o Capital Próprio (“JCP”) relativos
ao primeiro trimestre do exercício de 2023 (“1T23”), conforme detalhado abaixo. Tais valores serão
imputados ao dividendo mínimo obrigatório do exercício de 2023.

Payment of Interest on Equity – 1Q23

Eternit S.A. – Under Court-Supervised Reorganization (B3: ETER3, “Company” or “Eternit”), in

compliance with Resolution 44 dated August 23, 2021 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange
Commission, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, as per the Policy on Dividends
and Interest on Equity approved on June 30, 2022, it will pay shareholders earnings in the gross
amount of four million, eight hundred eleven thousand, five hundred thirty-three reais and forty-
seven centavos (R$4,811,533.47) as Interest on Equity (“Interest”) related to the 1st quarter of 2023
(“1Q23”), as detailed below. This amount will be calculated towards the minimum mandatory
dividends for fiscal year 2023.
