REMUNERAÇÃO AOS ACIONISTAS

A Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais – COPASA MG informa aos seus acionistas que o
Conselho de Administração (CA), em reunião realizada em 15.12.2023, aprovou a declaração dos Juros
sobre o Capital Próprio (JCP) referente ao 4º Trimestre de 2023 (4T23), conforme detalhes a seguir:

1. JCP referentes ao 4T23:

1.1. Valor bruto: R$91.606.229,55 (noventa e um milhões, seiscentos e seis mil, duzentos e vinte e
nove reais e cinquenta e cinco centavos).
1.2.Valor bruto por ação: R$0,2415894406 por ação. Será deduzido o Imposto de Renda Retido na
Fonte (IRRF), conforme legislação em vigor, devendo ser pagos aos acionistas os valores líquidos
de impostos, exceto para os acionistas comprovadamente imunes, isentos ou dispensados de
retenção.
1.3. Data de Crédito (Data de Corte): 21.12.2023.
1.4. Data “Ex-JCP”: 22.12.2023.
1.5. Data de Pagamento: a ser definida na Assembleia Geral Ordinária (AGO) que aprovar as
Demonstrações Financeiras do exercício de 2023.
1.6. Referência: 4T23, e será considerado como valor do dividendo obrigatório do exercício de 2023.

2. Informações adicionais: Considerando que a remuneração aos acionistas, para o exercício de 2023,
será correspondente a 50% do Lucro Líquido, ajustado em observância ao artigo 202 da Lei Federal nº
6.404/76 (reunião do CA de 24.02.2023), após a apuração do resultado de 2023 poderá ser proposta pela
administração a declaração de dividendos complementares.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

SHAREHOLDERS REMUNERATION

Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais – COPASA MG hereby announces to its shareholders that
the Board of Directors, at a meeting held on December 15th, 2023, approved the declaration of Interest
on Equity (IoE) referring to the Fourth Quarter of 2023 (4Q23), as detailed below:

1. 4Q23 IoE:

1.1 Gross amount: BRL 91,606,229.55 (ninety-one million, six hundred and six thousand, two hundred
and twenty-nine reais and fifty-five cents).

1.2 Gross amount per share: BRL 0.2415894406 per share. The Withholding Income Tax will be
deducted from the amounts above, pursuant to the applicable legislation, which will be paid net of
said tax, except for those shareholders who are provenly immune or exempt from it.

1.3 Credit Date (Cutting Date): December 21st, 2023.

1.4 Ex-IoE Date: December 22nd, 2023.

1.5 Payment Date: to be defined at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM) that approves the
Financial Statements of 2023.

1.6 Reference: 4Q23, and it will be considered as the mandatory dividend amount for the year 2023.

2. Further information: Considering that the remuneration to shareholders, for the year 2023, will
correspond to 50% of Net Profit, adjusted in compliance with article 202 of Federal Law No. 6,404/76
(Board of Directors meeting of February 24th, 2023), after the calculation of the 2023 result, the
administration may propose the declaration of additional dividends.
