AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A. (“Companhia”) (B3: EVEN3) avisa aos seus
acionistas que, em reunião do Conselho de Administração realizada nesta data, foi aprovada a
distribuição de dividendos intercalares no montante de R$ 50.000.000,00 (cinquenta milhões de reais),
com base no lucro apurado no balanço do 2º trimestre de 2023, o que corresponde a R$ 0,25176699
por ação ordinária de emissão da Companhia, excetuadas as ações mantidas em tesouraria, nesta
data, observado que:

1. Terão direito aos dividendos declarados aqueles que forem acionistas da Companhia na data
base de 20 de setembro de 2023, inclusive.

2. As ações de emissão da Companhia serão negociadas ex-dividendos, a partir de 21 de

setembro de 2023, inclusive.

3. Os dividendos intercalares declarados serão pagos em moeda corrente nacional, em parcela

única, no dia 29 de setembro de 2023, por intermédio do Banco Itaú, instituição financeira escrituradora
das ações de emissão da Companhia.

4. Os acionistas que já informaram ao Banco Itaú a conta bancária e domicílio bancário, terão
seus créditos disponíveis na conta corrente na data mencionada. Os acionistas que ainda não fizeram
atualização de cadastro - sem a inscrição do número de CPF/CNPJ ou indicação de Banco, Agência e
Conta Corrente –, receberão do Banco Itaú os créditos de dividendos a partir do 3º dia útil contado da
data da solicitação, desde que providenciem a regularização de seus respectivos cadastros. Os
acionistas usuários da custódia fiduciária terão seus créditos disponíveis conforme procedimentos
adotados pela B3 S.A.– Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

5. Não haverá atualização monetária ou incidência de juros entre a data da declaração dos
dividendos e a data do efetivo pagamento.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders that,
during the Company’s Board of Directors meeting held on September 15, 2023, it approved the
distribution of interim dividends to Company’s shareholders, in the amount of R$ 50,000,000.00 (fifty
million Reais), equivalent to R$ 0.25176699 per common share issued by the Company, except for
shares held in treasury on the date hereof. These dividends are based on the profit calculated in the
balance sheet dated as of the second quarter of 2023. Please note the following:

1. Shareholders who hold shares of the Company as of the base date of September 20, 2023,
shall be entitled to receive the declared dividend, including negotiations executed on such date.

2. The shares of the Company shall be traded “ex-dividends” as of September 21, 2023
(including).

3. The aforementioned interim dividends shall be paid in Brazilian national currency in a single
installment to the Company’s shareholders on September 29, 2023, through Banco Itaú (“Itaú”), the
Company’s depositary bank.

4. Shareholders who have already provided Itaú with their bank account information and bank
domicile shall have their credits available in the account they specified on the mentioned date.
Shareholders who have not updated their registration – without the registration of their CPF/CNPJ
number or indication of the bank account details - shall receive from Itaú, their dividend credits as of the
third business day counted from the day of request, provided they confirm their registration before Itaú.
Shareholders who hold their shares under a fiduciary custody arrangement shall have their dividends
available in accordance with the procedures established by B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

5. There will be no monetary adjustment nor interest accrual between the date of the dividend
declaration and the date of actual payment.
