aberta com endereço na Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco n° 290, 1° andar, na Cidade e Estado
do Rio de Janeiro, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n° 06.977.745/0001-91 (“brMaIIs” ou “Companhia”),
vem, em cumprimento ao art. 12 da instrução CVM n°358, comunicar que recebeu, no dia 02
de dezembro de 2020, da GIC Private Limited (“GIC”), cujo representante legal no Brasil é o
Citibank Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., inscrito no CNPJ/ME sob o n°
33.868.597/0001-40, a informação que segue:

(i) Sua participação agregada nas ações da Companhia ultrapassou o limite de divulgação
de 5% em 27 de novembro de 2020. Abaixo, seguem os detalhes de sua participação:
• Entidade: Government of Singapore;
• Qualificação: Pessoa jurídica constituída fora do Brasil;
• CNPJ: 08.765.815/0001-73;
• Quantidade de ações: 44.367.444;
• Percentual de participação: 5,081%.

(ii) Além da participação acionária detalhada acima, a GIC não possui, direta ou
indiretamente, quaisquer outras ações, direitos sobre ações, outros valores mobiliários
ou instrumentos financeiros derivativos referenciados em ações da Companhia a partir
da data de hoje;

(iii) Adicionalmente, a GIC informa que a referente participação na Companhia se estende

apenas na medida em que mantemos uma carteira de negociação diversificada. Dessa
forma, o grupo não possui interesse em alterar a composição do controle ou a estrutura
administrativa da Companhia;

(iv) Por fim, na presente data, a GIC não faz parte de nenhum acordo ou contrato regulando
o direito de voto relativo aos valores mobiliários de emissão da Companhia.

Rio de Janeiro, December 02nd, 2020 - BR MALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A., publicly-held

company located at Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco 290, 1 st floor, in the city and state of Rio
de Janeiro, under CNPJ n° 06.977.745/0001-91 (“brMalls” or “Company”), hereby announces,
in accordance to article 12 of CVM instruction n.º 358, that it received, on December 02nd, 2020,
from GIC Private Limited (“GIC”), whose legal representative in Brazil is Citibank Distribuidora
de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A, under CNPJ/ME nº 33.868.597/0001-40, the following
information:

(i) GIC’s aggregate holdings in the Company shares have crossed above the 5%
disclosure limit as of 27 November 2020. The details of their holdings are indicated
below:
• ACC Name: Government of Singapore;
• Qualification: Legal entity incorporated outside Brazil;
• Tax ID: 08.765.815/0001-73;
• Holdings: 44,367,444;
• % Holdings: 5.081%.

(ii) Other than the shareholding detailed above, GIC does not hold, directly or indirectly,
any other shares, rights over shares, other securities, or financial derivative
instruments referenced to shares on the Company as of today;

(iii) Additionally, GIC informs that their interest in the Company extends only as far as
maintaining a diversified trading portfolio. As such, they have no interest in altering
the composition of the control or administrative structures of the Company;

(iv) Finally, at the date hereof, GIC is not a party to any agreement or contract regulating
the right to vote regarding the securities issued by the Company.
