ABSTRACT
Many building, when finishing or initiating the expedient, depend on a local employee who
turns on and turns off the illumination and electric supply of the corridors /
rooms/departments in the circuit breaker's panel. We aim at to facilitate to this work,
considering a applicatory software where the operator can control all the circuit breaker's
panels, without needing to go to the place where we will have to activate/deactivate
illumination/electric supply. The operator will also have, the monitoramento of the fire
alarms, being able to act with more rapidity on the emergency.
It still will be able, to visualize the electric consumption and temperature of the floors of
the building, by means of reports that the proper system emits and to act on the
climatization of one of the floors through techniques of P.I.D. control. The illumination
system works in DALI Network, intelligent system of illumination, where we can control the
intensity of the fluorescent lamps and could also save in the consumption of energy.

3. DESENVOLVIMENTO DO PROTÓTIPO
No
A montagem desse protótipo é ilustrada

4.2 TERMINAIS DO AMPLIFICADOR OPERACIONAL
Vs = A * (V ⊕ −VΘ) (4.4.1)
Vs = A * (Vref − Vi ) (4.4.2)
8

informações prestadas no próprio site do nosso patrocinador
(http://br.osram.info/empresa/index.html).
24
fase, cosseno
ϕ bastando apenas alguns ajustes no software de comando
TWINCAT.
6.5 SOFTWARE
O computador comunica-
O funcionamento do
envia e recebe informações do servidor.
A figura 6.5.1 ilustra a
comunicação do software com o hardware:

7. O CONTROLADOR
28
t de
Saída = Kpe + Ki ∫ edt + Kd (7.1.1)
0 dt
Ki
GC ( S ) = Kp + + KdS (7.1.2)
S
7.1. 4:
⎛ K K S⎞
Gc ( S ) = K p ⎜1 + i + d ⎟
⎜ K pS K p ⎟⎠ (7.1.3)
⎝
⎛ 1 ⎞
Gc ( S ) = K p ⎜⎜1 + + τ d S ⎟⎟
⎝ τiS
(7.1.4)
⎠
mostrado teremos as equações 7.1.5, 7.1.6 e 7.1.7:
⎛ 1 ⎞
Go( S ) = K p ⎜⎜1 + + τ d S ⎟⎟.Gp( S )
⎝ τiS
(7.1.6)
⎠
Go( S ) =
( )
K p τ i S + 1 + τ iτ d S 2 .Gp( S )
τiS (7.1.7)

7.2 AJUSTE DE GANHOS DO CONTROLADOR
30
Aplicação do Método do Ciclo Máximo (Ultimate)
A banda proporcional crítica é 100/kpc
31
Figura 7.2.2 - Ganho proporcional em 10
32
8. APLICAÇÃO
A aplicação está centrada no supervisório e no servidor ADS. Para que o
sistema funcione, ambos devem estar em execução. Caso haja algum problema
operador, conforme a figura 8.0.1:
Numa situação normal, a tela principal será exibida, conforme figura 8.0.2:
34
Figura 8.0.2 - Tela principal do supervisório
imediatamente exibida, conforme figura 8.2.2:
38
Figura 8.2.4 – Relatório colunar
39
discutidas no item 7.2.2. A tela que permite acompanhamento e parametrização
do controle PID é exibida na figura 8.3.1:
40
Figura 8.3.1 – Controle de Climatização
41
Figura 8.3.3 – Senha incorreta digitada.
Numa situação onde a senha seja conhecida, a tela que permite visualizar e
alterar a parametrização do controlador é exibida, conforme a figura 8.3.4:
42
8.4 MONITORAMENTO

necessidades do mercado, acompanhando a evolução tecnológica e aproximar
mais a teoria da prática.

One of four power supply modules can be selected for CX1010/CX1020 systems. The power supply of
all other system components is ensured via the internal PC/104 bus; no separate supply lines are
required. However, the CX1100 components offer further important characteristics that go beyond a pure
power supply: an integrated NOVRAM enables the fail-safe storage of process data, an LCD display with
two lines of 16 characters each is used for displaying system and user messages. Local I/O signals are
connected via the CX1100-0002 power supply variant, to which all Beckhoff Bus Terminals (KLxxxx) can
be connected, or via CX1100-0003, which in addition to the Bus Terminals enables the connection of
Extension Box IExxxx type Beckhoff Fieldbus Box modules. The option to connect Bus Terminals or
Fieldbus Box modules creates a control system with a very variable, expandable I/O level with large
signal variety. The I/O data are stored in a DPRAM, which is accessible by the CPU via the system bus.
All EtherCAT Terminals (ELxxxx) can be connected via the CX1100-0004 power supply unit. With
CX1100-0004 the I/O data are stored directly in the main memory of the CPU; a DPRAM is no longer
required. The power supplies of the CX system can be changed in the field.

The CX1000 CPU module is the basic module of the CX system. It comprises the CPU and the internal
flash memory in two implementation levels and offers the option to operate an additional memory
medium in Compact Flash type II format. Ethernet and an RS232 interface are also part of the basic
configuration. All other CX family components can be connected via the PC/104 interface that is
available on both sides. The CPU module can be equipped with different hardware and software
options: the internal memory is expandable to 128 Mbyte RAM; the operating systems can be Windows
CE or Windows XP Embedded. The basic configuration of the CX1000 includes a 64 MB Compact
Flash card. The TwinCAT automation software from Beckhoff transforms a CX1000 system into
powerful PLC and motion control system that can be operated with or without visualisation. Further
system interfaces or fieldbus connections can be added to the basic CPU module. The passive cooling
module CX1000-COOL is included in the scope of supply. The CPU module requires a CX1100 type
power supply module.

PROFIBUS BK3120
The “Economy plus“ version extends the existing PROFIBUS Bus Coupler series BK3xx0. The K-bus extension
technology allows the connection of up to 255 spatially distributed Bus Terminals to one Bus Coupler. The BK3120 has
been designed to accommodate automation requirements. The “Economy plus” Bus Coupler’s PROFIBUS protocols omit
FMS operation in order to be able to transfer more user data in DP mode, which for this Bus Coupler type can be 128 byte
inputs and 128 byte outputs. The BK3120 incorporates the PROFIBUS DP-V1 services. These services allow direct
access to the Bus Coupler register and the complex Bus Terminal in order, for example, to change the parameterisation or
to set/correct limit values for analog Bus Terminals. Baud rates of up to 12 Mbaud are automatically recognised by the Bus
Coupler, allowing the transmission speed to be adapted to meet the needs of the particular technical process.

The KL1002 and KL1012 digital input terminals acquire the binary control signals from the process level and
transmit them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit. The KL1002 and KL1012
versions have input filters of different speeds. The Bus Terminals contain two channels that indicate their signal
state by means of light emitting diodes.

Weight approx. 50 g
The KL1104 and KL1114 digital input terminals acquire the binary control signals from the process level and transmit
them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit. The KL1104 and KL1114 versions have input
filters of different speeds. The Bus Terminals contain four channels that indicate their signal state by means of light
emitting diodes. The KL1104 and KL1114 are particularly useful for space-saving use in control cabinets.
Number of inputs 4

The KL2012, KL2022 and KL2032 digital output terminals connect the binary control signals from the automation
unit on to the actuators at the process level with electrical isolation. The KL2012 and KL2022 versions handle
different load currents, and their outputs are protected against overload (only KL2012) and short circuit. The
KL2032 is protected against reverse polarity connection. The Bus Terminals contain two channels that indicate
their signal state by means of light emitting diodes.

to the actuators at the process level with electrical isolation. The load current output of the KL2114 version is
protected against overload and short circuit. The KL2134 is protected against reverse polarity connection. The
Bus Terminals contain four channels that indicate their signal state by means of light emitting diodes.

The KL3202 analog input terminal allows resistance sensors to be connected directly. The Bus Terminals
circuitry can operate the sensors using 2-wire or 3-wire connection techniques. Linearisation over the full
temperature range is realised with the aid of a microprocessor. The temperature range can be selected
freely. The Bus Terminals standard settings are: Resolution 0.1 °C in the temperature range of PT100
sensors in 3-wire connection. The run LEDs give an indication of the data exchange with the Bus Coupler.
The error LEDs indicate sensor faults
(e.g. a broken wire).

The KL3403 Bus Terminal enables the measurement of all relevant electrical data of the supply network. The
voltage is measured via the direct connection of L1, L2, L3 and N. The current of the three phases L1, L2 and L3
is fed via simple current transformers. All measured currents and voltages are available as root-mean-square
values. In the KL3403 version, the effective power and the energy consumption for each phase are calculated.
Through the relationship of the root-mean-square values of voltage U * current I and the effective power P, all
other information such as the apparent power S or the phase shift angle cos φ can be derived. For each fieldbus,
KL3403 provides a comprehensive network analysis and an energy management option.

The KL4012 and KL4022 analog output terminals generate analog output signals in the range
from 0/4 to 20 mA. The power is supplied to the process level with a resolution of 12 bits, and is
electrically isolated. Ground potential for the output channels of a Bus Terminal is common with
the 24 V DC supply. The output stages are powered by the 24 V supply. The KL4012 and
KL4022 versions combine 2 channels in one housing. The run LEDs give an indication of the
data exchange with the Bus Coupler.

The KL6811 enables the connection of up to 64 DALI slaves. The KS2000 software enables
simple configuration via a PC. The PC is directly coupled with the Bus Coupler via an RS232
interface or via the fieldbus. The integrated power supply unit generates an electrically isolated
24 V DC output voltage. No further components are required for the operation of the DALI slaves.
The KL6811 operates fieldbus-independent.
