RESUMO
The textile sector is one of the most important in the world economy, having
great importance in several countries, including Brazil. Textile production is
characterized by the presence of several technological processes that require
specialized labor. Among these processes, we highlight the activity of the
weaver operator, who is responsible for monitoring and controlling the weaver
machines during production. Therefore, it is essential that these professionals
are properly trained and qualified to perform their functions efficiently and
safely. In this article, a literature review was carried out on the formation and
training of the weaver operator, seeking to identify the main practices and
methodologies used to train these professionals. Several scientific articles,
theses and dissertations related to the subject were consulted. The results
indicate that the formation and training of the weaver operator is essential to
guarantee the efficiency and safety of textile production. It is important that
these professionals have theoretical and practical knowledge about the
machines and processes involved in textile production, in addition to being
trained to deal with emergency situations and solve technical problems. The
most used training methodologies include face-to-face courses, in-company
training, simulations in virtual environments and internship programs. In
addition, it is important that training is continuous and updated, in order to keep
up with technological changes and market needs. In conclusion, the education
and training of the weaver operator is crucial for the success of textile
production. It is essential that companies invest in training programs for these
professionals, in order to guarantee the efficiency, safety and competitiveness
of textile production.

O processo têxtil envolve várias etapas, incluindo a
preparação de fibras, a produção de fios, a tecelagem e o acabamento. O
acompanhar as mudanças tecnológicas e as necessidades do mercado.
associações do setor.
