COMUNICADO AO MERCADO
A Log-In Logística Intermodal S.A. (“Companhia” – B3: LOGN3) informa a seus acionistas e ao mercado
em geral que, na data de hoje, anunciou o novo Serviço Expresso Amazonas, que tem como objetivo
atender as demandas logísticas da região Norte, sobretudo, do Polo Industrial de Manaus.

O Serviço Expresso Amazonas contará com uma rota direta entre Manaus (AM) e o Porto de Santos (SP),
sem escalas, reduzindo para, aproximadamente, nove (9) dias o tempo de viagem (transit time) das cargas
transportadas entre esses portos, a partir da oferta de uma rota expressa. No sentido Norte, o Serviço
escalará os portos de Santos, Navegantes, Salvador, Suape e Pecém.

O novo serviço entrará em operação no 2º

trimestre deste ano e contará, a princípio, com
dois (2) navios adicionais à frota da Log-In,
afretados para emprego na Cabotagem.
Inicialmente, o serviço irá operar com saídas
quinzenais e embarques regulares, garantindo
mais flexibilidade nas datas das escalas e maior
capacidade ofertada para o transporte de
cargas principalmente “de” e “para” Manaus,
que correspondem a inúmeros tipos de
produtos, como alimentos, bebidas,
eletrônicos, linhas brancas, entre outros.

O objetivo do Serviço Expresso Amazonas é

atender as necessidades logísticas dos clientes
da região Norte do país, que estão
relacionadas ao tempo de transporte das
cargas oriundas da Zona Franca de Manaus, oferecendo maior rapidez para o escoamento da produção
para as Regiões Sudeste e Sul, com menor custo logístico e ampliação da capacidade para o transporte de
carga nos trechos de Santos para Manaus e de Manaus para Santos. Maiores informações sobre o Serviço

Além de atender as demandas da região, o novo serviço da Log-In amplia os benefícios gerados a partir
da Cabotagem, associados, principalmente, à segurança e às práticas ESG (Environmental, Social and
Governance). “O início do novo serviço está atrelado ao atual plano de expansão de negócios da Log-In.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Log-In Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Company" - B3: LOGN3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market
in general that it announced today the new Amazonas Express Service, which aims to meet the logistics
demands of the North region, especially those of the Manaus Industrial Hub.

The Amazonas Express Service will have a direct route between Manaus (State of Amazonas) and the Port
of Santos (State of Sao Paulo), without stops, thus reducing to approximately nine (9) days the transit time
of cargo transported between these ports, by offering an express route. Northbound, the Service will call
at the ports of Santos, Navegantes, Salvador, Suape and Pecém.

The new service will start operating in the 2nd quarter

of this year and will have, at first, two (2) additional
vessels to Log-In's fleet, chartered for Cabotage.
Initially, the service will operate with fortnightly
departures and regular shipments, ensuring greater
flexibility in the dates of port calls and more capacity
offered for the transportation of cargo mainly "from"
and "to" Manaus, including several types of products,
such as food, beverages, electronics, white line
goods, among others.

The objective of the Amazonas Express Service is to

serve the logistical needs of customers in the North
region of the country. These needs are related to the
transportation time of cargo coming from the
Manaus Free Trade Zone, and Log-In will be offering
greater speed for the transport of production to the Southeast and South Regions, with lower logistical
costs and greater capacity for cargo transportation on the stretches from Santos to Manaus and from

In addition to meeting the demands of the region, Log-In's new service expands the benefits offered by
Cabotage, mainly associated with safety and ESG practices (Environmental, Social and Governance) . "The
