Introdução
Sabemos que atualmente os movimentos sociais tem
mais
Impacto que antigamente, por conta do maior acesso por
meio da internet. O movimento social lgbtqia+ busca
por igualdade, sem discriminação, e vamos falar um
pouco da trajetória desse movimento.

Contexto Histórico.
Dia 28 de junho é celebrado o Dia do Orgulho LGBTQIA+, um movimento que luta,
pelo reconhecimento, direito e pelo fim do preconceito, mas também pela liberdade de
amar. Na história sobre o movimento LGBTQIA+, o marco zero tem data e local:
1969, nos Estados Unidos.
movimento LGBT ganhou força depois da Rebelião de Stonewall, surgiram dois
grupos importantes nos Estados Unidos e que também ganharam destaque durante a
história: Gay Activists Alliance (GAA) e o Gay Liberation Front (GLF). Nesse cenário,
esses grupos inspiraram diversas pessoas a se juntarem ao movimento que tinha o
objetivo de lutar pelos direitos humanos e civis dos LGBTs – até então, a sigla era
composta por apenas quatro letras.

Marsha P. JohnsonMarsha P. Johnson era uma mulher negra trans,
uma trabalhadora do sexo e ativista que passou grande parte de sua
vida lutando por igualdade. Ela era uma figura materna para drag
queens, mulheres trans e jovens sem teto na Christopher Street em
Nova Iorque. Ela estava ao lado de Sylvia Rivera no começo das
Rebeliões de Stonewall e juntas elas fundaram a S.T.A.R. Johnson,
junto com Rivera, foi uma figura central no início do movimento de
libertação gay nos anos 1970 nos Estados Unidos.
Sylvia Riveira
Sylvia Rivera era queer, latina, se identificava como drag queen e
lutava incansavelmente pelos direitos dos transgênero, assim como
pelos direitos dos gênero não-conformistas. Depois das Rebeliões
de Stonewall, onde dizem que ela jogou o primeiro tijolo, Rivera
começou a S.T.A.R. (Ação Travesti Revolucionária das Ruas), um
grupo focado em oferecer abrigo e apoio aos jovens queer sem
teto, com Marsha P. Johnson. Ela também lutou contra a exclusão
de transgêneros.
Alexander Böer
● Alexandre atuou na coordenação de políticas públicas para LGBTI+ no
Brasil e foi o primeiro diretor de uma pasta voltada ao tema na
Prefeitura de Porto Alegre. Além disso, foi um dos idealizadores do
programa Brasil sem Homofobia, lançado pelo governo federal em
2004.
● Também representou a luta anti-homofobia em entidades como a
Associação Brasileira de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e
Transexuais (ABGLT) e a Associação Internacional de LGBTI+
(ILGA);
● E também foi diretor dos teatros Renascença e Álvaro Moreyra no
Centro Municipal de Cultura e o Teatro de Câmara Túlio Piva, na
Capital.
