Gerador de Vapor
Preencher o nível de água automaticamente com controle do nível SL1 e reposição da água
pela bomba centrífuga MV acionada em conjunto com a válvula PV5.
O Aquecimento da água para transformar em vapor é realizado por resistência elétrica R até o
set de pressão determinado pelo pressostato SP4. Um nível eletrônico de eletrodo por
condutividade SL2 protege a resistência por falta de água, além de um termostato TC3, que
em caso de aquecimento excessivo desarma a resistência.
O sistema elétrico das resistências é supervisionado por disjuntor diferencial que desarma
com fugas de correntes maiores que 30mA, impossibilitando eventuais choques elétricos.
Uma válvula de segurança está conectada a caldeira com abertura da PMTA.
CARACTERÍSTICAS FUNCIONAIS DA CÂMARA DE AUTOCLAVE PARA
ESTERILIZAÇÃO
A Jaqueta da câmara interna é aquecida com vapor de acordo com os sets determinados. O
vapor é injetado pela válvula PV41 e a temperatura controlada pelo PT100 ST2.
A câmara interna se transforma num vaso manométrico, hermeticamente separada do
ambiente externo, quando suas portas estão fechadas e a guarnições de silicone é pressurizada
pela valvula10. O fechamento da porta é controlado por sensor magnético de fim de curso no
cilindro e a guarnição das portas monitorada por pressostato SP10.
O vácuo de até 33mBar abs é realizado na câmara pelo dreno, ponto inferior que detém a
menor temperatura. O vapor é injetado na câmara pela válvula PV8 até o set determinado
controlado pelo transdutor de pressão BP.
Ao final do ciclo, a quebra de vácuo é realizada com a admissão de ar pela válvula PV4 e um
filtro bacteriológico que estabiliza a pressão da câmara até a pressão atmosférica e permite a
abertura das portas.

NOMENCLATURE:
Pdesign- is the design pressure including liquid head at the part under
consideration.
PtMax - is the maximum allowed test pressure determined at the part under
consideration.
PtMin - is the required test pressure determined at the part under consideration.
Wat.Head - is the water head during hydrotesting at the part under consideration.
PtBot - is the required test pressure at bottom of the vessel, for the part
under consideration.
PtTop - is the required test pressure at top of the vessel, for the part under
consideration.
PtTopMax - is the maximum test pressure allowed at top of the vessel, for the
part under consideration.
PtReq - is the required minimum test pressure (minimum value of PtTop) at top of
vessel for the listed components.
PtLim - is the maximum allowed test pressure (minimum value for PtTopMax) at top
of vessel for the listed components.
PLEASE NOTE:
Test Group 4 requires high test pressures that can be governing for the design
of the components. The VVD software calculates the minimum required and
maximum allowable test pressure for all major components (shells&ends).
However using Test Group 4 may require a check of the remaining components
for the test pressure condition, using the test pressure as design pressure
and ftest/0.95% of yield strength as the allowable stress in addition to the
normal design condition using design pressure and allowable stress at design
temperature.
EN13445-5 10.2.3.3.8 Pressure of vessels under test shall be gradually increased
to a value of approximately 50 % of the specified test pressure, thereafter the
pressure shall be increased in stages of approximately 10 % of the specified test
pressure until this is reached. The required test pressure shall be maintained for
not less than 30 min. At no stage shall the vessel be approached for close
examination until the pressure has been positively reduced by at least 10 % to a
level lower than that previously attained. The pressure shall be maintained at
the specified close examination level for a sufficient length of time to permit a
visual inspection to be made of all surfaces and joints.
