Alienação de participação acionária relevante

A Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. (“Companhia”) (B3: LJQQ), companhia aberta, em cumprimento ao

disposto no Artigo 12 da resolução CVM nº 44/21, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado
em geral que recebeu, na presente data, correspondência encaminhada por Genesis
Investment Management, LLP, com endereço em 16 St James's Street, London, SW1A1ER,
informando que reduziram a participação que administram em ações ordinárias (“Ações ON”)
de emissão da Companhia, atingindo participação correspondente a 4,84% do total de ações
ordinárias de emissão da Companhia, totalizando 9.063.069 Ações ON.
Ainda, de acordo com a correspondência recebida, cujo teor é integralmente reproduzido
como parte deste comunicado (Anexo I, disponível apenas em inglês), a Gestora informa que:

• Que as ações da Genesis Investment Management, LLP são mantidas para fins de
investimento em nome de seus clientes e não têm como objetivo alterar o controle ou
a estrutura administrativa da Companhia.
• Que nem a Genesis Investment Management, LLP nem as partes relacionadas detêm,
direta ou indiretamente, quaisquer outras ações ou quaisquer bônus de subscrição,
direitos de subscrição de ações, opções de compra de ações ou debêntures
conversíveis em ações, nem detêm direitos sobre tais títulos.
• Que a Genesis Investment Management, LLP não faz parte de nenhum contrato ou
acordo que preveja o direito de voto na compra e venda de títulos emitidos pela
Companhia.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Decreasing of Relevant Stockholding

Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. (“Company”) (B3: LJQQ), a publicly held company, in compliance with
article 12 of CVM Resolution number 44/21, informs its shareholders and the market that it
received, on this date, a communication from Genesis Investment Management, LLP, located
at 16 St James's Street, London, SW1A1ER, informing that it reduced the participation it
manages in common shares (“ON shares”) issued by the Company, representing a
participation corresponding to 4.84% of the total of common shares issued by the Company,
totaling 9,063,069 ON shares.
In addition, according to the correspondence received, the content of which is reproduced in
full as part of this communication (Appendix I), the investment manager informs that:

• That Genesis Investment Management, LLP shares are held for investment purpose on
behalf of their clients and not aimed at changing the control or administrative
structure of the Company.
• That neither Genesis Investment Management, LLP or related parties hold, direct or
indirectly, any other shares or any subscription bonuses, share subscription rights,
options for the purchase of shares or debentures convertible into shares, nor do they
hold rights over any such securities.
• That Genesis Investment Management, LLP is not part of any contract or agreement
which provides on right to vote on the purchase and sale of securities issued by the
Company.
