O grande objetivo será desenvolver no discente um pensamento crítico sofisticado, para qu seja capaz de
discutir temas complexos e que afligem a humanidade praticamente desde sempre, e que guardam ítima
relação com a História do Direito.

As estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem adotadas enquadram-se no desenvolvimento curricular da unidade,

e atendendo ao regime de participação das de sessões, o aluno será sistematicamente convidado a uma

participação contínua, ativa e cooperante na aprendizagem e aquisição de conhecimentos.

Os objetivos são tanto práticos quanto teóricos, em razão da metodologia de ensino ser baseada no método
fenomenológico heideggeriano. Assim, o aluno deverá realizar e investigações bibliográficas em que exercite

a sua capacidade de indagação, de construção de bases de dados de informação, proceda a uma

monitorização da qualidade da sua recolha, saiba também fazer uso das referências bibliográficas e que

consiga aplicar esse conhecimento para pensar casos concretos.

regime of participation of the sessions, the student will be systematically invited to a continuous, active and

The first three objectives are eminently empirical and call for a permanent intervention of the student to
organise, including, their own law database. For this reason, they are asked to carry out a bibliographical

allow the student to contact with models and narratives of knowledge construction that show quality and, at the

The remaining objectives are related to the presentation of a research outline in which the student is asked to
be able to demonstrate that he or she has acquired the skills and knowledge invoked in the programme,
justifying the relevance of the study, the specific objectives, the research method and the data collection

objectives of the curricular unit.

As aulas serão expositivas participativas, com realização de seminários temáticos, elaboração de papers ,

metodologias ativas com o intuito de motivar e incentivar o debate e o pensamento crítico. Ao longo das aulas,

A avaliação consiste num trabalho de recolha (TR) sobre um dos temas a serem definidos dentro do conteúdo
programático, com um mínimo de 10.000 caracteres e/ou uma ficha de leitura (FL), entre 5 a 7 mil carateres,

com espaçso incluídos e/ou projectos e dois testes por questões/temas para desenvolvimento (T). A
ponderação para o cálculo final será: TR e/ou FL e/ou outra atividades, a totalizar 20% + T1x40% + T2x40%.

Para os alunos que se sujeitarem a exame final, este será constituído por questões/temas para
desenvolvimento. O professor anunciará, com antecedência de 30 dias para a realização da prova, 7 (sete)

The evaluation consists of a collection work (CW) on one of the themes to be defined within the program
content, with a minimum of 10,000 characters, a evaluation reading form (ERF), between 5 and 7 thousand

The programmatic contents condense the response to the stated objectives, whose detail seeks to limit the
contours of the interpretation and critique of knowledge, fundamental in this initiation programme to

professional training in the field of legal science. Through reflection on the paradigms that involved the
production of Law and its critique, it is intended that the student's work is framed in a permanent critique of the
process of knowledge production that will develop over the course of its four-year course.

interpretation. Finally, it is also intended that throughout the process of teaching and learning in this curricular
unit, the student acquires the essential and indispensable rudiments to develop a research project. Firstly, the
