Os artigos “a”, “an” e os

NOUNS
Existem dois tipos de substantivos em inglês:
COUNTABLE NOUNS: Substantivos que podem ser
usados com a/an e têm plural.
Exemplo:

UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS: substantivos que não são

usados com a/an e não têm plural.
Geralmente são usados com some ou sem artigo.

 líquidos (water, juice, coffee...);


 pós (sugar, salt, pepper...);

 materiais (wood, plastic, gold);

 alguns alimentos (rice, cheese, jam);

 e outras palavras como time (tempo),
information, advice, furniture, equipment,
knowledge, news, money, work.
