Validity of Quotation
The prices are valid for 90 days from the date of the quotation and thereafter subject to written confirmation.
Any alteration to this quotation shall not be binding unless agreed to in writing by the seller. Prices quoted are
Fixed and Firm.

Prices
Our quoted prices do not include vat.

Delivery
Approximately 6- 8 weeks after receipt of official order.

Guarantee
Equipment offered in this quotation is guaranteed against defective material and workmanship from the date of
installation for a period of 12 months, except wear and tear parts and parts subject to consumption. Any labour
under guarantee will be carried out during normal working hours.

Payment
Prepayment on ordering for all export equipment

Cancellation of orders
Orders are firm and not subject to cancellation. Where cancellation of an order is accepted the purchaser will
become liable for a cancellation fee of not less than 20% (twenty percent) of the selling price, plus the cost of
shipping the goods back to the factory in the Country of Origin.

Installation
Prices quoted exclude installation, training and commissioning.

Service
Complete service facilities are available from our Head Office in Johannesburg as well as our Branch offices.
Service contracts are also available.
