comunica a prévia de seus resultados operacionais do 4º trimestre de 2020 (4T20) e do ano de 2020,
em comparação ao mesmo período de 2019 (4T19). Os dados divulgados nesta prévia estão sujeitos
à revisão da auditoria e eventual alteração.

A Companhia lançou 7 (sete) empreendimentos no trimestre totalizando um volume de R$ 528

milhões, 3,8% superior ao realizado no 4T19 (R$ 509 milhões). No acumulado do ano, o total de
lançamentos foi de R$ 1.433 milhões, 14,9% superior aos R$ 1.247 milhões lançados em 2019.

A participação da Companhia nos lançamentos do 4º trimestre foi de 95,83% e no ano foi de

98,46%.
PRÉVIA OPERACIONAL 4T20

Ao se considerar somente o % Plano&Plano e excluir as permutas físicas, o volume lançado no

4T20 foi de R$ 506 milhões, 1,4% superior em relação ao mesmo período do ano anterior (R$ 499
milhões no 4T19). Em 2020, os lançamentos foram de R$ 1.411 milhões comparados aos R$ 1.197
milhões de 2019 representando um crescimento de 17,8%.

VENDAS:
As vendas líquidas contratadas neste trimestre somaram R$ 284 milhões, valor 25,3% superior
ao registrado no 4T19 (R$ 227 milhões). No ano de 2020, as vendas contratadas atingiram R$ 874
milhões, sendo 28,7% superior ao mesmo período de 2019.

VSO:
Os dados operacionais resultaram em um indicador de Vendas sobre Oferta (VSO) dos últimos
12 (doze) meses findos em 31/dezembro/2020 de 32,7%.

O VSO medido em 31 de dezembro de 2020 está impactado pelo bom volume de lançamentos (em
VGV) no 4º trimestre, quando foram lançados o equivalente a R$ 538 milhões em VGV. As vendas
dos empreendimentos lançados no 4º trimestre somaram R$ 27,1 milhões no próprio 4º trimestre.
Desconsiderando o VGV lançado no 4º trimestre e a respectiva venda, o VSO medido em 31 de
dezembro de 2020 seria de 39,41%.

The Company has launched seven (7) projects in the quarter totaling a volume of R$ 528 million,
3.8% higher than in 4Q19 (R$ 509 million). In the full year of 2020, launches reached R$ 1,433
million, 14.9% higher than the R$ 1,247 million launched in 2019.

The Company's participation in its launches in the 4th quarter was 95.83%, and was 98.46% in
the full year.

Considering only the Plano&Plano percentage and excluding commodity swaps, the volume
launched in 4Q20 added R$ 506 million, 1.4% higher in comparison to the same period of the

to R$ 1,197 million in 2019 representing a growth of 17.8%.

The net sales contracted in this quarter amounted to R$284 million, 25.3% higher than the 4Q19
(R$ 227 million). In the full year of 2020, net sales reached R$874 million, 28.7% higher than the

SoS:
Operational data resulted in Sales over Supply (SoS) of the last 12 months ended December 31,
2020 of 32.7%.

SoS measured on December 31, 2020 was impacted by the good volume of launches (in PSV) in
the 4th quarter of 2020, period in which Plano&Plano launched R$538 million. The net sales in the
4th quarter, coming from the projects launched in the 4th quarter, added R$27.1 million. Excluding
the PSV launched in the fourth quarter and its respective net sales, the SoS measured on December
31, 2020 would have been 39.41%.
