2º SEMESTRE/2014
PROGRAMA:
É um reflexo profissional dos cientistas sociais considerarem que as categorias de idade são
construções culturais. Entendendo que as idades são produtos, mas também produtoras de
espaços para práticas sociais e relações de poder, esse curso tem um triplo objetivo. Discutir a
contribuição da literatura antropológica para o estudo dos grupos e das categorias de idade;
acompanhar a reflexão sobre as características da modernidade e as transformações operadas
no curso da vida; problematizar a experiência contemporânea e as discussões sobre a infância,
a juventude e o envelhecimento.
