1 – TRANSDUTORES DE PRESSÃO - Séries HDA 8000

The pressure transducer series HDA 8400 was

specially developed for series utilization, e.g. in mobile
applications. As is the case with most of our pressure
transducer series, the HDA 8400 is based on a robust, long-
life thin-film sensor.

2 – PRESSOSTATOS ELETRÔNICOS – Séries EDS 3400 e 8400

The EDS 3300 and EDS 3400 are a compact electronic
pressure switchs with integrated digital display for relative
pressure measurement.
The EDS 8000 is an easy to set electronic pressure switch
of compact design. Variants with one or two PNP transistor switch
outputs are available. The setting of the switching points is
accomplished using two pressure buttons and one four-character
digital display.

3 – SENSORES DE TEMPERATURA– Séries ETS 3200 e 7200
. The ETS 3200 with IO-Link communication interface
is a compact, electronic temperature switch with an
integrated 4-digit display.
With its integrated temperature probe, the ETS 3200
is particularly suitable for direct tank installation and is
available in various lengths.
The instrument has a switching output and an
additional output that can be confi gured as switching or
analogue output (4 .. 20 mA or 0 .. 10 V).
The ETS 7200 is an electronic temperature
transmitter which, because of its compact design, is
particularly suited to measuring temperature in hydraulic
applications in the industrial and mobile sectors. Based on
ETS 3200 ETS 7200
a silicon semiconductor device and corresponding
evaluation electronics, the temperature sensor is designed
to measure temperatures in the range -25 .. +100 °C.

4 – SENSORES DE POSIÇÃO LINEAR– PREFERENCIAIS
The sensor works on the principle of magnetostriction. The
measurement principle for high-precision determination of the
position, the path and/or the velocity is based on a runtime
measurement. On the basis of this touchless and wear-free
functioning measurement system, HYDAC offers a version in
pressure-proof stainless steel housing for complete
integration in hydraulic cylinders. The various output signals
(analogue/CANopen) enable the connection to all
measurement and control devices of HYDAC ELECTRONIC
GmbH and the linkage to commercially available evaluation
systems (e.g. SPS controls).

The sensor works on the principle of magnetostriction.

based on a runtime measurement, if necessary. On the basis
of this non-contact and wear-free functioning measurement
system, HYDAC offers the following versions:
In pressure-proof stainless steel pipe housing for direction
installation in hydraulic cylinders.
In aluminium profile housing with measurement slots fitted on
the outside or with a loose magnet to be guided by the user
himself.

The HLT 2550 is a linear position transmitter which, due to

its compact design, was developed in particular for use in
applications where space is very limited. The measuring profi
le can be individually adapted to various mounting conditions
by means of spacers. The HLT 2550 is suited for measuring
ranges up to 3 m. The different output signals (analogue
current / voltage) enable connection to all HYDAC
ELECTRONIC GmbH measurement and control devices as
well as connection to standard evaluation systems (e.g. to
PLC controls)

. The flow rate transmitters of the EVS 3100

series (aluminium series) are specially designed for use
in hydraulic and other fluid power systems. They
operate in accordance with the turbine principle, which
means that the rpm of an impeller wheel rotating in the
flow of the media is measured and converted into a 4 ..
20 mA analogue signal.

The HNS 3000 with IO-Link communication interface is

instrument has a switching output and an additional output
