Começar por:

a. Remova os semi-eixos.

b. Remova a transmissão e as engrenagens de transferência.

O espaço entre a carroceria e a estrutura torna-se uma área de

folga zero quando a carroceria é abaixada. A não instalação do
cabo de retenção pode resultar em ferimentos ou morte do
pessoal que trabalha nesta área.

Na temperatura de operação, o tanque hidráulico está quente e

sob pressão.

O óleo e os componentes quentes podem causar ferimentos.

Não permita que óleo ou componentes quentes entrem em
contato com a pele.

Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the
filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove
the filler cap slowly in order to relieve pressure.

1. Remove bolts (1), cover (2), and shims (3). Remove pin (4). Remove O-ring seal (5).

2. Disconnect hose assemblies (6).

3. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto differential and bevel gear (7). The weight of differential and bevel gear (7) is
approximately 1183.86990 kg (2610 lb).

4. Remove bolts (8) and spacers (9).

5. Use Tooling (B) to separate differential and bevel gear (7) from the rear axle housing.

6. Use o Ferramental (A) e o dispositivo de elevação adequado para remover o diferencial e a engrenagem cônica (7).

7. Remova a vedação O-ring (10).
