RESUMO
Introdução: A saúde sexual na mulher pode ter influência de variados fatores como
estudantes universitárias com idade entre 18 e 40 anos. O grupo caso foi composto
por universitárias que praticavam atividade física regular e o grupo controle foi
constituído por universitárias sedentárias, da mesma faixa etária. A função sexual foi
avaliada por meio do Female Sexual Function Index – FSFI. Resultados: Foram
avaliadas 202 estudantes, sendo 22 sedentárias e 180 ativas. A disfunção sexual foi

Introduction: A woman’s sexual life may have influence from several factor like the
physical activity making illnesses’ prevention possible. Physical activity may affect
accomplished through electronic and printed quiz. Female college students ranging
from 18 to 40 years of age took part in this research. The case group consisted of
female college students who had regular physical activity and the control group
consisted of sedentary female college students, in the same age range. The sexual
function was evaluated through Female Sexual Function Index – FSFI. Results: 202
female college students were evaluated, among them 22 sedentary ones and 180
active ones. The sexual dysfunction was more prevalent in the sedentary group
(45,5%) when compared to the physically active group (38,9%) (p=0,646), however
without statistical significance. In relation to the subjects evaluated by the FSFI, only
college students was similar, without association between sexual dysfunction and
physical activity.

às questões de forma mais honesta e clara possível. Suas respostas serão mantidas em absoluto
sigilo.
Assinale apenas uma alternativa por pergunta.
Para responder às questões use as seguintes definições: atividade sexual pode incluir afagos,
carícias preliminares, masturbação (“punheta”/“siririca”) e ato sexual; ato sexual é definido quando há
penetração (entrada) do pênis na vagina; estímulo sexual inclui situações como carícias preliminares
com um parceiro, auto estimulação (masturbação) ou fantasia sexual (pensamentos); desejo sexual
ou interesse sexual é um sentimento que inclui querer ter atividade sexual, sentir-se receptiva a uma
