agradeço à toda a família do Yoga,

objetos. O Ser, então, permaneceu ocultado dentro do debate
losó co ocidental.
1. O Yoga
Elegância no Yoga
é caminhar com reverência.
Algo em você é,
algo em você morre.
Algo em você é,
algo em você nasce.
7 Patañjali is not the inventor of Yoga. The Yoga Darśana line, of which he is
part, goes back to Hiraṇyagarbha, who is related to Vedic teachings (…) This
earlier Yoga literature before Patañjali can be better called the
Hiraṇyagarbha Yoga Darśana as it is said to begin with Hiraṇyagarbha. In
fact, most of the Yoga taught in Vedas, Upaniṣads, Gītā, Mahābhārata and
Purāṇas – which is the main ancient literature of Yoga – derives from it.
Such ancient Pre-Patanjali texts speak of a Yoga Śāstra or the ‘authoritative
teachings on Yoga’ and of a Yoga Darśana or ‘Yoga philosophy’, but by that
they mean the older tradition traced to Hiraṇyagarbha.

toda a Vida.
O Yoga é um conhecimento
nascido na Natureza.
Mesmo se espalhando pela cidade,
ele continua sendo da Natureza.
Ao chegar até você,
ele permanece na Natureza.

Tales Nunes O esquecimento do Ser
compõem a Natureza.
11 "The mighty burden of the mountains bulk, Rests Earth, upon your
shoulders; rich in torrents, You germinate the seed with quickening power.
Our hymns of praise resounding now invoke you, O far- ung Earth, the
bright one. Like a neighing steed you drive abroad your storm clouds. You in
your sturdy strength hold fast the forests, Clamping the trees all rmly to the
ground, When rains and lightning issue from your clouds. High Truth,
unyielding Order, Consecration, Ardor and Prayer and Holy Ritual Uphold
the Earth; may she, the ruling Mistress Of what has been and what will come
to be, For us spread wide a limitless domain. Impart to us those vitalizing
forces That come, o Earth, from deep within your body, You central point,
your navel; purify us wholly. The Earth is mother, I am the son of Earth. The
Rain-giver is my father; may he shower on us blessings! Instill in me
abundantly that fragrance, O Mother Earth, which emanates from you And
from your plants and waters, That sweet perfume that all celestial beings are
wont to emit, And let no enemy ever wish us ill. Peaceful and fragrant,
gracious to the touch, May Earth, swollen with milk, her breasts over owing
Grant me her blessing together with her milk!"

A Empatia
A dica de Patañjali é:
A respiração
O Ser na mente,
é uma pura abertura.
O Ser no coração,
é amorosidade.
A evocação do oposto
5. Āsana
A p r á t i c a d e ā s a n a , c o m o u m a r e p ro d u ç ã o
Universo. Heiddegger, em seu livro "Heráclito", retoma os
lósofos pré-socráticos para discutir o Ser, para ele esquecido
do pensamento ocidental desde então. Todo o esforço losó co
de Heiddegger é trazer o reconhecimento do Ser, o essencial.
Sobre isso, ele re ete:
A Saudação ao Sol
E n q u a n t o c a m i n h a m o s, n o s a l i m e n t a m o s o u
conversamos, não vemos, não escutamos, não tocamos a
A abertura do Ser
é o in nito em seus olhos.
O que você sente no peito,
é a imensidão em movimento.

do centro do abdômen.
20"From the fusion of both values (prāṇa and apāna) inside or outside (the
body), the yogi attains equilibrium and becomes t for the proper
manifestation of consciousness."

7. Pratyāhāra
A mídia e os sentidos
Ao mergulhar no in nito,
(Lal Ded, p.80)
"Deus é a pedra.
O templo é a pedra.
De cima a baixo tudo é pedra.
Para quem você está rezando,
homem culto?
21"You are the earth, the sky, the air, the day, the night. You are the grain, the
sandalwood paste, the water, flowers, and all else. What could I possibly bring
as an offering?." (Do livro: "Love and the Turning Seasons: India's Poetry of
Spiritual & Erotic Longing", de Andrew Schelling)
22"The god is stone. The temple is stone. Top to bottom everything’s stone.
What are you praying to, learned man? Can you harmonize your ve bodily
breaths with the mind?" (Do livro: "Love and the Turning Seasons: India's
Poetry of Spiritual & Erotic Longing", de Andrew Schelling)

O vasto e o in nitesimal são apenas Govinda.
Devo chamá-lo daquele que pode ser visto?
Devo chamá-lo daquele que é invisível?
Tanto o visível quanto o invisível são apenas
Govinda."24
(Jñandev, p.99)
24 "Shall I call you the formed One? Shall I call you the formless? The
formed and the unformed is Only the one Govind! He cannot be deduced. He
cannot be conceived. The Shrutis say, "He’s not such; nor even such." Shall I
call You the vastest One? Shall I call You the minutest One? The vast and the
minute Are only One Govind. Shall I call You the visible One? Shall I call
You the invisible One? Both the visible and the invisible are the only One
Govind. "(Do livro: "Love and the Turning Seasons: India's Poetry of
Spiritual & Erotic Longing", de Andrew Schelling)

26"All I Was Doing Was Breathing. Something has reached out and taken in
the beams of my eyes. There is a longing, it is for his body, for every hair of
that dark body. All I was doing was being, and the Dancing Energy came by
my house. His face looks curiously like the moon, I saw it from the side,
smiling. My family says: 'Don’t ever see him again!'. And they imply things
in a low voice. But my eyes have their own life; they laugh at rules, and
know whose they are. I believe I can bear on my shoulders whatever you
want to say of me. Mira says: Without the energy that lifts mountains, how
am I to live?" (Do livro: "Love and the Turning Seasons: India's Poetry of

glitter. A mark on her forehead, a bracelet, some prayer beads, beyond that
she wears only her conduct. Make-up is worthless when you’ve gotten truth
from a teacher. O the Dark One has stained me with love, and for that some
revile me, others give honor. I simply wander the road of the sadhus lost in
my songs. Never stealing, injuring no one, who can discredit me? Do you
think I’d step down from an elephant to ride on the haunch of an ass?" (Do

28"When the mind is restrained to one object of awareness, casting all other
aside and not allowing movement to take place to one another, then inside
that perception the awareness blossoms."
29 "One should think of two objects, and in the event of such knowledge
being mature, then cast both aside and dwell (on the gap or space) in the
middle. Having meditated in the middle, the experience of the essence
arises."

Dhāraṇā no céu
30"One should throw the blissful mind into the re (maṇipūra chakra) in the
middle of that bre-like lotus stalk (suṣumṇā) or into that which is only full
of air (anāhata chakra). Then one is united with the remembrance of bliss."
31 "O Devī, having xed the gaze continuously on the clear sky (without
blinking) and with a steady awareness, at once the nature of Bhairava is
achieved."

Saúde a raiva agora: "Ó raiva, você é uma força poderosa, você
pessoas e crio separatividade. Ó raiva, você é uma força
poderosa, você carrega consigo a força do desejo, a força do
A manifestação dessa perfeição é o Cosmos,
do universo.
Todo.
