Passo A Passo Da Montagem Da Caixa de Marchas Sequencial e Trambulador em Inglês.
Passo A Passo Da Montagem Da Caixa de Marchas Sequencial e Trambulador em Inglês.
sequencial e trambulador
Note que as faces da

Não me responsabilizo
por esse tipo de procedimento e não posso ser responsabilizado
por caixas mal montadas.
3. Loosen the screws that secure the pinion bearing and loosen
the primary shaft coupling.
5. Loosen the housing bearing nuts and remove from the place.
7. With the two axes removed, observe in the holes where these
axes pass, that there are two spheres and two springs and a bean
that must be removed, the spheres serve to position the axes,
work that will now be done by the shifter, and the bean, if not
removed, it prevents sequential gear shifting.
8. With the balls and springs removed through the hole left empty
by removing the axles, from now on, the axles must slide freely
when they return to the original location (Note: it is not necessary
to drill holes or remove the aluminum toggles to remove the
spheres, springs and the bean). Do not forget to remove the bean,
which is the lock that prevents the movement of one coupling
shaft when the other is already engaged. If you do not remove the
bean, it will be impossible for the trawler to move from one gear
to another in sequence, note that when everything is fine, the
marches go smoothly and easily.
9. Take the axles that were removed and cut the end according
to the drawing.
10. Take the axles to a mechanical turning machine and ask for
drilling and tapping M8, 15mm deep, which will be enough to
fasten captive screws, which will serve to fasten the gear drive
arms.
11. Mount the axles on the housing bearing, and try to align with
the reverse axle, which was not moved from the neutral position.
Check that the axles slide easily by engaging the gears.
15. The shifter is shipped pre-adjusted, but each gearbox has its
clearances, so fine adjustment will be necessary. If you are
inexperienced with gearboxes, let a professional do the gearbox
assembly and adjustments. The shifter will not work perfectly if
the coupling gloves are not perfectly adjusted.
18. Note that the little arm almost touches the trambulador's
plate, this clearance is necessary. With the gear engaged, adjust
the clearance of the sleeve on the fork, which must not be too
tight on the first gear, or too loose.
Here is the glove in the neutral position, it should look like this,
before starting the final adjustment.
In this photo the first and second hitch glove appears in the
neutral position, when the first gear is engaged, it will slide to the
right side of the photo and, when the second gear is engaged, it
will slide to the left. Note that the glove faces will touch the gears
when engaged, but they should not be forced in that position.
With the gears engaged, you can make a small movement with it
of about half a millimeter.
19. With the latch in position, tighten the selector fork screw.
20. Now return the shifter to the neutral position. Check that the
trip was perfect.
21. Pull the lever twice and check that the second is perfectly
engaged. If necessary, loosen the selector fork and make a new
adjustment. After that, do a test, engaging and disengaging first
gear, neutral and second gear.
22. With the certainty of the first and second gears engage,
continue pulling the lever, until the third gear position. Proceed
in the same way as was used to adjust the first gear and adjust
the third gear syncro hub. Tighten the screw of the third and
fourth gear fork, turn the shifter once more until the fourth gear
is engaged. Adjust the fork if necessary. Test the third and
fourth gears several times, until you are satisfied.

Thank you for buying my trambulador and make good use of it. Do
not disassemble, as you will not know how to assemble it again,
you will lose completely the preset. I am not responsible for this
type of procedure and I cannot be held responsible for badly
assembled boxes.
