NESTA TERRA CULTIVAMOS
AS NOSSAS RAÍZES
We grow up our roots on this lands. Being the fourth generation of memories and pride in
maintaining coffee’s tradition, nowadays in Minas Gerais state of Brazil. Since 2016 we have been in
Monte Carmelo, Cerrado Mineiro, writing new chapters on 54 hectares among coffee trees, nature,
work and happiness. One farm, countless stories and three girls: Paula, Malu and Fefê, who together
with Marcelo, adding love, knowledge and being sure we are sowing the fruits of a new generation.

Cultivar cada grão de café como cuidamos das pessoas. Uma gestão

Management on human resources, knowledge and innovation. We Grow each coffee bean as we caring
for people. Management tools and attitudes building a good balance on productivity, valuing employees,
excellence in processes and commitment to production chain. We match in a daily basis, the pillars Science,
Effort, Innovation and the Minas Gerais coffee’s experience on differentiated coffees production. We
are closely with Federal University of Uberlândia implementing partnerships on water-saving irrigation,
flowering synchronization and crop qualification. Also, the farm’s been investing on raised African beds,
fermentation studies and post-harvest structure for delivering best and unique coffee.

We integrate the environment with responsible production. The Bagagem River and its
springs flow smoothly through the farm, flooding the native forests of the cerrado biome
with colors and sounds. We are motivated by respect and love by what we produce, being
naturally sustainable. Our coffee production brings out beyond the quality, a smart balance
on human relationship, environmental the gratitude for these lands.

Cultivated coffee with passion. We are at 1050 meters of altitude, uniform geography,
remarkable characteristics and infinite possibilities. We are part of the Cerrado Mineiro Region, a
Denomination of Origin for coffee recognized for its origin, traceability, individuality of its producers
and high quality of the beans. We cultivate the Topazio variety, a 100% Arabica coffee that
produces a full-bodied drink, sweet notes, citric acidity and elongated aftertaste. Drying is entirely
in the sun and without pulping to maintain the maximum of the grain’s native sensory attributes.
