ADJETIVOS SUPERLATIVOS
Os adjetivos superlativos são utilizados para descrever um objeto que se encontra no extremo superior ou
inferior de uma qualidade (the tallest, the smallest, the fastest, the highest). Eles são empregados em frases
nas quais o sujeito é comparado a um grupo de objetos.
Tall = alto (a) taller than = mais alto (a) do que the tallest = o (a) mais alto (a)
Fat = gordo (a) fatter than = mais gordo (a) do que the fattest = o (a) mais gordo (a)
Big = grande bigger than = maior do que the biggest = o (a) maior
Sad = Triste sadder than = mais triste do que the saddest = o (a) mais triste
