Resumo
Este estudo objetivou destacar e intervir na baixa adesão ao sistema básico de
saúde oferecido pela Unidade de Saúde da Família Fátima II. A metodologia
utilizada foi de pesquisa-ação, por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa; cenário
utilizado foi a Unidade de Saúde da Família Fátima II, com a participação do
quadro de funcionários da Unidade e de pacientes usuários do sistema,
visando entender os motivos da baixa adesão e intervindo na participação da
comunidade local nas atividades da UBS, aumentando os indicadores de
saúde, visando maior conhecimento dos serviços oferecidos e
consequentemente o aumento da adesão aos atendimentos através do mutirão
do Novembro Azul que vem a ser realizado.

Abstract
This study aimed to highlight and intervene in the low adherence to the basic
health system offered by the Fátima II Family Health Unit. The methodology
used was action research, through a qualitative approach; The scenario used
was the Fátima II Family Health Unit, with the participation of the Unit's staff and
patients using the system, aiming to understand the reasons for low adherence
and intervening in the participation of the local community in the activities of the
UBS, increasing the indicators of health, aiming at greater knowledge of the
services offered and, consequently, the increase in the adhesion to the
attendances through the project of the Blue November that comes to be carried
out.
