Active and Passive Voice

ACTIVE VOICE
Na active voice (voz ativa) temos como principal elemento em
evidncia o SUJEITO no qual pratica a ao, demonstrada em uma
frase.
STRUCTURE
[Thing doing action] + [verb] + [thing receiving action]

Examples:

PASSIVE VOICE
Na passive voice (voz passiva) temos como principal elemento em
evidncia o OBJETO que recebe a ao a do SUJEITO.
STRUCTURE
[Thing receiving action] + [be] + [past participle of verb] + [by] + [thing
doing action]

Examples:

Como transformar uma frase da VOZ ATIVA para VOZ PASSIVA

Leiam o texto a seguir. / Read the text below.
Terry is a good guy. He doesn't usually care what other people say.
But the other day one of his friends came to him and asked for help.
Then Terry helped him. Terry couldn't imagine he would be hurt by
someone that was helped by him.
This ''friend'' called Terry's boss and said Terry was stealing money
from the company. Obviously, Terry was fired and now he is out of a
job. Terry decided not to do anything to "get even". He said: "I'm not
one to hurt people.''
