O que é histologia ?
Histologia é:
Histologia é o ramo da ciência que estuda os tecidos
biológicos, seja de animais ou plantas. Este ramo observa a
formação, a estrutura e a função dos tecidos vivos.

 Átomo
✘ É a unidade básica da matéria (tudo aquilo que possui
massa).
 MOLÉCULA
✘ Uma molécula é eletricamente neutra e possui PELO
MENOS dois Átomos ligados.
 ORGANEL

✘ São estruturas encontradas no
interior do citoplasma das
células, que realizam várias
funções vitais.
 CÉLULA
✘ Vem da palavra cella – Significa “caixa pequena”.
✘ São pequenos ‘compartimentos’ que quando unidos
formam tecidos especializados, que realizam diversas
funções no nosso corpo.
✘ É a menor porção de matéria viva capaz de se reproduzir,
gerando outras células como ela.

✘ As células estão organizadas em grupos, que “trabalhando” de
maneira integrada, desempenham, juntos, uma determinada função.
Esses grupos de células são os tecidos.
✘ Os tecidos do corpo humano são classificados em quatro grupos:
tecido epitelial, tecido conjuntivo, tecido muscular e tecido nervoso.

✘ tecido epitelial: Epitélio estratificado
pavimentoso (pele), Epitélio cubico(tubos
renais), Epitélio prismático(intestino)

✘ tecido conjuntivo: Ósseo, Frouxo,

✘ tecido muscular: Liso, Estriado

esquelético, Estriado cardíaco

✘ tecido nervoso
 ÓRGÃO
✘ Do latim organum, significa “Instrumento, ferramenta”;
✘ É um grupo de tecidos que realizam determinadas funções;

 Tecido Epitelial
✘ Formado por células bastante próximas;
✘ Tecido com grande resistência;
✘ Funções:
✘ Revestimento;
✘ Secreção glandular;
 Tecido Epitelial
 Não é vascularizado (não sangra);
 Nutrição é feita por difusão (tecido conjuntivo);
 É encontrado: na epiderme; nas mucosas e nas serosas.
 Tecido conjuntivo
✘ Diversos tipos de células imersas em grande quantidade de matriz extracelular.
✘ Tecido conjuntivo frouxo: Preenche espaços não ocupados; Apoia e nutre as
células do tecido epitelial; Desempenha papel importante no processo de
cicatrização.
✘ Tecido conjuntivo denso: Predominantemente composto por fibras colágenas
(resistência ao tecido); Encontra-se na derme e nos tendões.
✘ Tecido adiposo: Contém os adipócitos; Função de gerar energia;
✘ Tecido cartilaginoso: Tecido resistente e com certa flexibilidade;
✘ Tecido ósseo: Substância intracelular calcificada confere a dureza do osso;
 Tecido Muscular
✘ Capacidade de contração;
✘ Filamentos que interagem entre si (actina e miosina);
✘ Músculo liso: Células longitudinais, presente nas vísceras; Contração
involuntária;
✘ Músculo estriado esquelético: Células apresentam várias estrias; Quando
se contraem promovem os movimentos corporais; Contração voluntária.
✘ Músculo estriado cardíaco: Células com estrias; Contração involuntária.
