ESPIRULINA
• A espirulina é uma cianobactéria microscópica e filamentosa
cujo nome deriva de sua estrutura espiral de seus filamentos.
• É uma rica fonte de proteínas (70% por peso), mas você teria de
consumir uma quantidade enorme para adquirir suas
necessidades diárias.1
