I. Como resulta do respetivo conteúdo programático trata-se de uma disciplina básica na aquisição das competências inerentes a uma
licenciatura em Direito.

II. O impacto e benefícios do programa dirigem-se aos estudantes e candidatos que pretendam especializar-se nesta área do
conhecimento jurídico, mas ainda a todos aqueles que antecipam uma carreira, principalmente, ancorada no âmbito do sistema jurídico
