AULA 3
Seguindo o esquema anterior, podemos dizer:
I drank water.

TEXTO:
I met my wife when she worked as a nurse in a hospital. I saw her every
Saturday and really wanted to talk to her, but I was nervous and I never had the
courage. Finally, I asked her to have dinner with me and she said yes. I took her to
an Italian restaurant, where we ate fine food, talked and laughed a lot. At the end of
the evening we kissed and then we started dating. We were together for nearly a
year, then one day she told me she was pregnant so we decided to get married. We
lived in Chicago for more 3 years, then we moved to Rome and while she studied
for a master and I continued to work as a doctor. Our children learned to speak
Italian fluently and they made a lot of friends at their new school. (Adaptado de DAVIES,
Ben Parry, Inglês em 50 aulas, p. 52).
