Ao testar e ajustar a transmissão e o trem de força, mova a

máquina para uma área livre de obstruções, com ventilação de
exaustão segura para os exaustores. O movimento súbito da
máquina ou a liberação de óleo sob pressão pode causar
ferimentos em pessoas na máquina ou perto dela. Para evitar
possíveis lesões, execute o procedimento a seguir antes de
testar e ajustar a transmissão e o trem de força.

PERCEBER
Deve-se tomar cuidado para garantir que os fluidos estejam
contidos durante a execução da inspeção, manutenção, teste,
ajuste e reparo da máquina. Esteja preparado para coletar o
fluido com recipientes adequados antes de abrir qualquer
compartimento ou desmontar qualquer componente que
contenha fluidos.

Descarte todos os fluidos de acordo com os regulamentos e

mandatos locais.

Test Preparation - Transmission Lubrication Oil Pressure

Reference: Before you begin the test, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Prepare the Machine for Maintenance" and "System Pressure
Release".

1. Operate the machine until the transmission oil is at an operating temperature between 51 °C (124 °F) and 75° C (167° F).

2. Stop the machine on a hard level surface. For joystick steering machines, switch the transmission to the NEUTRAL position and engage the
parking brake. For lever operated machines, move the transmission control lever to the PARK position.

3. Turn the engine OFF.

4. Remove the internal hex plug at location (A) from the transmission case. Install tooling (T2) into the port. Attach tooling (T1) to tooling (T2).
Remove the differential drive shaft.

Test Procedure - Transmission Lubrication Oil Pressure

1. Start the engine. Turn the differential lock to the ON position. Operate the machine in the NEUTRAL position at high idle. The gauge pressure
should be 641 ± 228 kPa (93 ± 33 psi).

2. Operate the machine in FIRST GEAR FORWARD at high idle. The gauge pressure should be 179 ± 62 kPa (26 ± 9 psi).

3. Repeat Step 1 through Step 2 with the differential lock in the OFF position. Oil pressures from the transmission lubrication that vary with the
differential lock in the OFF position indicate leakage in the differential lock system.

4. Pare a máquina. Desligue o motor e instale o eixo de acionamento do diferencial. Remova o equipamento de teste e instale o plugue
sextavado interno no local (A).
