1 INTRODUCTION
Modificações para Programa de Provisão de Horas

1.1 Objective

Aplicar modificações no programa ZHRI_INTERFACE_RONDA_PROV para gerar os valores de encargos

separadamente do resultado de Provisão de horas.

1.2 Scope

1.3 Assumptions,Dependencies and Constraints

A provisão de horas é calculada pelo programa ZHRI_INTERFACE_RONDA_PROV em sua totalidade sem a

separação dos Encargos (FGTS e INSS). A área de negócio realiza manualmente a separação do valor de encargos
enviando-o para a área de Contabilidade efetuar a transferência para as classes de custo corretas.

O programa também insere duas rubricas no Infotipo 0015: rubricas 5500-HE Prov Bco Horas Mês (com a data
indicada na tela de seleção) e 5553-HE-Bxa Banco Horas (com data futura de um mês após a data indicada na tela de
seleção).

Modificação na estrutura do relatório:

- Eliminar as 2 últimas colunas: "Encargos" e "Total Geral"; (Delimitar as colunas atuais em qual data???)

- Incluir 3 colunas com a os títulos "Provisão", "FGTS" e "INSS. ( Inserir novas colunas a partir de qual data???)

Dados a serem gerados para as 3 colunas novas:

Provisão: total de horas extras valorizadas, somando os valores das colunas VLR 50%, VLR 55%, VLR 75%, VLR
100% e VLR FE.

Utilizando o exemplo acima, o resultado esperado para a coluna Provisão seriam conforme o print abaixo:

FGTS: será gerada com o resultado de 8% sobre o valor da coluna "Provisão".

Aliquota de Terceiros (THDRT) + Percentual da Empresa (PCONT) + (Aliquota RAT (PSAT) x Fator RAT
(PFAP) ) = Percentual para cálculo do INSS

Exemplo:

Aliquota de Terceiros = 5,8000%

Percentual da Empresa = 20,0000

Aliquota RAT = 3,0000

Fator RAT = 0,5000
