2 MATERIAL E MÉTODO
Os pares serão colocados lado a lado e cada par será denominado “corpo
de prova”. Para determinar se a área da secção transversal dos corpos de prova,
suas extremidades serão suturados com fio cirúrgico de poliéster número 2 (Figura
7) e colocados na posição de pêndulo com carregamento de 20N.
O corpo de prova é envolvido por essa pasta que após alguns segundos fica
com consistência borrachosa, formando um molde (Figura 8).
A parte da secção transversa mais fina de cada corpo de prova deve ser
selecionada para cálculo da área. Como os pares de tendões são dobrados ao meio
para formar o enxerto quádruplo, a área mínima de cada um dos pares será
multiplicada por dois.
No grupo TF-PT os tuneis serão feitos na tíbia com guia convencional, com
túnel de nove milímetros de diâmetro. O túnel femoral será feito com guia transtibial
de sete milímetros de offset conforme a descrição clássica (Jones, 1963). Após a
perfuração do túnel femoral será colocado o guia em U para introdução dos guias de
passagem dos pinos de fixação transversos. A passagem do enxerto será da tíbia
para o fêmur (Figura 17).
MATERIAL E MÉTODO 32
Será utilizada uma máquina universal de ensaios MTS 810 com célula de
carga modelo 661.19F-02 com capacidade para 10KN da MTS Systems Corporation.
O ensaio cíclico será feito com 1500 ciclos, com carga de 150N de tração
anterior e -150N para posterior conforme protocolo internacional de testes em
modelos de reconstrução do ligamento cruzado (Beynnon e Amis, 1998). A
frequência será de 30 cilcos/min (Milano, Mulas et al., 2006). Após o teste cíclico, os
modelos serão submetidos a teste de ciclo único de tração a velocidade de 40
mm/min (Vieira, Silva et al., 2003).
Os resultados do teste cíclico serão de deslocamento versus o número de
ciclos. Os resultados captados do ensaio de tração serão o yield load e a rigidez.
