Ampliação da parceria com a Agro Penido

A SLC Agrícola S.A. (B3: SLCE3; ADR’s: SLCJY; BLOOMBERG: SLCE3:BZ; Refinitiv: SLCE3.SA) (“SLC Agrícola”) comunica
aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que nessa data foi assinado o contrato de ampliação da nossa parceira
com a Agro Penido Landco.

A SLC Agrícola tem uma Joint Venture com a Agro Penido, desde 2013, no município do Querência/MT. Esta Joint
Venture denominada Fazenda Pioneira, possui 19.872 hectares físicos com uma área plantada potencial de 33.552
hectares (considerando 2ª safra).

Os negócios com a Agro Penido, ao longo dos últimos 11 anos, têm sido muito produtivos e, em consequência
deste sucesso, estamos ampliando nossa parceria com a adição de 18.700 hectares físicos, com potencial de
plantio (considerando 2ª safra) de 30.734 hectares, adjacentes à área atualmente em operação. Destes 18.700
hectares físicos, 9.791 hectares são áreas já agricultáveis e 8.909 hectares são áreas de pastagens, a serem
convertidas para agricultura. Atualmente, na Fazenda Pioneira, produzimos soja e milho, nossa intenção futura é
de passar a produzir soja, milho, algodão e realizar produção de carne em sistema de integração lavoura-pecuária
(ILP).

O contrato atual da Fazenda Pioneira possui prazo até a safra 2027/2028, com a expansão da Joint Venture, o
prazo das duas áreas combinadas será estendido até a safra 2043/2044. Com essa ampliação da parceira, a nova
área física passar a ser de 38.572 hectares, e o novo potencial de plantio da Fazenda Pioneira passa a ser de 64.286
hectares.

A participação na Joint Venture permanece inalterada, a SLC Agrícola possui 50% e a Agro Penido os outros 50%.

announces to its shareholders and the market in general that on this date the contract to expand our partnership
with Agro Penido Landco was signed.

SLC Agrícola has a Joint Venture with Agro Penido, since 2013, in the municipality of Querência/MT. This Joint
Venture called Fazenda Pioneira, has 19,872 physical hectares with a potential planted area of 33,552 hectares
(considering 2nd crops).

Business with Agro Penido, over the last 11 years, has been very productive and, as a result of this success, we are
expanding our partnership with the addition of 18,700 physical hectares, with planting potential (considering the
2nd crop) of 30,734 hectares, adjacent to the area currently in operation. Of these 18,700 physical hectares, 9,791
hectares are already arable areas and 8,909 hectares are pasture areas, to be converted to agriculture. Currently,
at Fazenda Pioneira, we produce soy and corn, our future intention is to start producing soy, corn, cotton and
produce meat in a crop-livestock integration system (ILP).

The current contract for Fazenda Pioneira has a term until the 2027/2028 crop year, with the expansion of the
Joint Venture, the term of the two combined areas will be extended until the 2043/2044 crop year. With this
expansion of the partnership, the new physical area becomes 38,572 hectares, and the new planting potential of
Fazenda Pioneira becomes 64,286 hectares.

The participation in the Joint Venture remains unchanged, SLC Agrícola holds 50% and Agro Penido the other 50%.
