REABILITAÇÃO FUNCIONAL EM PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICOS EM CUIDADOS

PROCEDIMENTO METODOLÓGICO

Com a finalidade de alcançar o objetivo definido para este estudo na forma de

reabilitação funcional em pacientes oncológicos em cuidados paliativos,
estabeleceu-se a realização de uma revisão de literatura acerca da questão, a partir
de uma pesquisa bibliográfica qualitativa e de finalidade exploratória, a ser realizada
ao longo do ano de 2022.

E é possível afirmar que toda pesquisa científica começa pela definição dos
contornos da metodologia científica que melhor se adeque aos seus objetivos. De
acordo com Fonseca uma metodologia científica pode ser descrita como uma série
de parâmetros a partir dos quais toda pesquisa científica se torna possível de ser
feita, de forma organizada e criteriosa, a fim de trazer soluções para um
determinado problema.
E conforme Fonseca, a partir do momento em que esta pergunta é formulada,
a próxima etapa se dá na forma de uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema, e
quaisquer outros assuntos que gravitem em torno deste tema principal, podendo-se
constatar ao fim do processo a confirmação ou refutação de hipóteses previamente
estabelecidas.
Partindo-se destas considerações, defende-se que a metodologia mais
alinhada com os objetivos deste estudo tem a forma do método dedutivo cartesiano,
que para Fonseca se baseia na apresentação de evidências e realização de
análises, sínteses e enumeração de resultados.
Desta forma, entende-se também que tal revisão de literatura deva ser feita
com base em uma pesquisa qualitativa. Conforme Goldenberg a pesquisa
qualitativa se presta ao aprofundamento da compreensão em torno de um
determinado fenômeno, grupo social, organização ou fato, não tendo, portanto,
qualquer relação com dados de ordem numérica, como é o caso da pesquisa
quantitativa.
No entanto, não é possível realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica de forma
racionalizada sem que sejam estabelecidos previamente alguns critérios para a
escolha das obras que serão utilizadas na elaboração do estudo. No caso das
pesquisas no âmbito das ciências clínicas em geral, quanto mais recentes forem as
obras utilizadas melhor, principalmente em se tratando de setores que avanços
tecnológicos e experimentações são feitas a todo momento, como é o caso da
estética.
A realização da pesquisa ocorreu por meio de bancos de dados científicos
dentre os quais destaca-se o Pubmed e Scielo. Para o estudo foram utilizadas as
palavras chaves: “”.
Os filtros utilizados incluem publicações com estudos de caso e controle com
disponibilidade em língua inglesa ou portuguesa. A pesquisa bibliográfica obteve
informações em um espaço de tempo de 5 (cinco) anos (2017 a 2022), na tentativa
de agrupar dados sólidos. Dos trabalhos acadêmicos selecionados muitos foram
excluídos após a triagem dos artigos que apresentavam dados insuficientes e
tangenciamento da temática. Ainda, utilizou-se o critério de exclusão para os
resumos e revisões bibliográficas. Foi realizada uma identificação dos títulos, em
seguida a seleção de resumos para preponderar a elegibilidade, e por fim, ter a
inclusão de artigos relevantes para o estudo. Artigos de acesso restrito foram
excluídos do trabalho.
O fluxo de seleção de pesquisas e levantamento dos dados encontra-se a
