FATO RELEVANTE
Em conformidade com o §4º do art. 157 da Lei nº 6.404, de 15 de dezembro de 1976, e com a
Resolução CVM nº 44, de 23 de agosto de 2021, o Banco do Brasil S.A. (BB), informa que, nos
termos do disposto no art. 30, inciso I, alínea “b” do seu Estatuto Social, a Sra. Ana Cristina
Rosa Garcia foi indicada para ocupar o cargo de Vice-Presidente Corporativo e o Sr. Francisco
Augusto Lassalvia foi indicado para ocupar o cargo de Vice-Presidente de Negócios de
Atacado.
2. Ana Cristina Rosa Garcia foi funcionária de carreira do Banco do Brasil por 27 anos,
tendo se aposentado em 2021. É graduada em Psicologia pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB),
com especialização em Administração de Recursos Humanos pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas
(FGV). De 2019 a 2021 foi Diretora de Administração e Finanças da Cassi. No BB, de 2012 a
2019, atuou como Gerente Executiva na Diretoria de Gestão de Pessoas nas áreas de
Ascensão Profissional, Ética, Disciplina e Ouvidoria, tendo sido coordenadora do Programa Pró-
equidade de gênero por 5 anos e participado de diversas ações e discussões sobre o tema no
Brasil e no Exterior. O trabalho realizado de Pró-equidade de gênero e raça foi premiado no
Brasil e reconhecido pela ONU Mulheres.
MATERIAL FACT
In accordance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404, of December 15, 1976, and CVM
Resolution 44, of August 23rd, 2021, Banco do Brasil S.A. ("BB") informs that according to article
30, item I, letter “b” of its bylaws, Mrs. Ana Cristina Rosa Garcia was nominated as Chief
Corporate Officer and Mr. Francisco Augusto Lassalvia was nominated as Chief Wholesale
Officer.
2. Ana Cristina Rosa Garcia was a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 27 years, having
retired in 2021. She holds a degree in Psicology from Universidade de Brasília (UnB) and a
specialization in Human Resources Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). From
2019 to 2021 she was Administration and Finance Managing Director at Cassi. At BB, from 2012
to 2019, she served as Executive Manager in the Human Resources Division in the areas of
Professional Assesment and Planning, Ethics, Discipline and Ombudsman. She also
coordinated the BB’s Pro-Gender Equality Program for 5 years. The Program was awarded in
Brazil and recognized by UN Women.
3. Francisco Augusto Lassalvia has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 24 years.
He holds degree in Economics, MBA in Finance from Ibmec and specialization from the BB
Executive Development Program. He is the Corporate & Investment Bank Officer and Managing
Director of BB-Banco de Investimento S.A. At BB he also served as Financial and Capital
Markets Officer, Head of Private Banking, Executive Manager in the Southeast Distribution
Division and Retail Superintendent in São Paulo. He is a member of the Board of Directors of
UBS BB and Banco Patagonia, a member of Brasilprev’s Supervisory Board and a member of
the Advisory Board of Previ and BB Securities LLC.
4. The nominations are in the process of being approved by the governance in order to be
elected by the Board of Directors.
6. The Chief-Officers currently occupying the respective positions continue to exercise their
functions regularly until the investiture of the nominees.
