DADOS OPERACIONAIS DE JUNHO DE 2023

A Brisanet Participações S.A. (B3: BRIT3), maior provedor de banda larga fixa da região
Nordeste, segundo o ranking da Anateli, anuncia hoje os dados operacionais referentes
ao mês de junho de 2023.

Fundada há 25 anos, a BRISANET tem um portfólio de produtos praticamente 100% em

fibra óptica e atuação focada na região Nordeste do país. A Companhia também atua
por meio de sua marca AGILITY TELECOM, que fornece serviços de internet sob o
modelo de franquias.

Ao final de junho de 2023, a Brisanet atendia a 1.209.536 clientes em todos os 9 estados

da região Nordeste – Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Piauí,
Sergipe, Maranhão e Bahia – passando em frente de 6,7 milhões de domicílios em 157
cidades.

Em junho, foram adicionados 95,5 mil HPs. A Companhia vem desacelerando desde
meados de 2022 os investimentos em FTTH, visando a manutenção de estrutura de
capital adequada durante período mais desafiador da economia e de mercado somado
ao início dos investimentos na implantação do 5G – Brisanet é a única operadora na
frequência de 2,3 GHz no Nordeste, única já liberada em toda a região.

O crescimento orgânico da base de clientes em junho foi de 18,4 mil. A Brisanet

reafirma a projeção de no mínimo 1,3 milhão de clientes ao final de 2023.

O cenário econômico brasileiro, especialmente na região onde atuamos, permanece

desafiador. A inflação e a estratégia de preços adotada pela concorrência continuam
exercendo pressão no mercado de telecomunicações.

A Brisanet continua avançando nas capitais e regiões metropolitanas, com market

share em fibra entre 50 e 65% em Natal, Maceió e João Pessoa, e acima de 19% em
Fortaleza. Em Teresina e Aracaju, onde a Companhia entrou no segundo semestre de
2021, o share já está próximo a 15% no PI e acima de 20% na capital do SE (números de
Mai-23).

Por meio da Agility Telecom, a Brisanet fornece serviço a quase 200 mil clientes em 5
estados do Nordeste – Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco e Alagoas –
com 81 franqueados, passando em frente de quase 900 mil domicílios.

A Agility Telecom também está passando por mudanças, com ajustes em alguns
parceiros e no seu crescimento, à espera do início da operação do 5G pela Companhia e
do alinhamento de novos investimentos à capacidade financeira dos franqueados.
Considerando as duas bases, o Grupo Brisanet atende a mais de 1,4 milhão de clientes
em todo o NE.

Brisanet Participações S.A. (B3: BRIT3), largest fixed broadband provider in the
Northeast region, according to Anatel’s 1 ranking, announces today the operating data
for the month of June 2023.

Founded 25 years ago, BRISANET has a product portfolio almost 100% in optical fiber
and with operations focused on the Northeast region of the country. The Company also
operates through its subsidiary AGILITY TELECOM, which provides internet services
under the franchise model.

At the end of June 2023, Brisanet had 1,209,536 clients in all the 9 states of the
Northeast region – Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Piauí,
Sergipe, Maranhão and Bahia – passing in front of 6.7 million households in 157 cities.

In June, 95.5 thousand HPs were added. Since mid-2022, the Company has been
slowing down investments in FTTH, aiming at maintaining an adequate capital
structure during a more challenging period for the economy and the market, in addition
to the start of investments in the deployment of 5G – Brisanet is the only operator in the
2.3 GHz in the Northeast, the only one already released in the entire region.

The organic growth of the customer base in June was 18.4 thousand. Brisanet
reaffirms the projection of at least 1.3 million customers by the end of 2023.

The Brazilian economic scenario, especially in the region where we operate, remains
challenging. Inflation and the pricing strategy adopted by the competition continue to
exert pressure on the telecommunications market.

Brisanet continues to advance in capitals and metropolitan regions, with market share
in fiber between 50 and 65% in Natal, Maceió and João Pessoa, and over 19% in
Fortaleza. In Teresina and Aracaju, where the Company entered the second half of 2021,
the market share is already close to 15% in the Piauí and above 20% in the Sergipe (May-
23 figures).

Agility Telecom is also undergoing changes, with adjustments to some partners and its
growth, waiting for the start of 5G operations by the Company and the alignment of new
investments with the financial capacity of franchisees.
Considering the two bases, the Brisanet Group serves almost 1.4 million customers
throughout Northeast.
