RESUMO

actions and planning of countryside/forest and indigenous teachers
presented in their portfolios, the final work of the continuing education
course held in Canutama, Lábrea and Pauini, in the Middle Purus region, in
southern Amazon. It is noteworthy that these teachers are the
researchers/authors of the portfolios. The methodology adopted is based on
discourse analysis of portfolios and interviews.The results indicate that the
teachers have re-signified their didactic-pedagogical practices and the
school-community relationship, emphasising the dialogical approach
between scientific and traditional knowledge.
