 É muito comum ouvirmos:

I’m studying English very hard

Além de ‘hard’ quais outras palavras podem ser usadas com study?
 Podemos dizer:

I’m studying (something) carefully – closely (cuidadosamente)

in depth (a fundo)
in detail (em detalhes)
intently (atentamente) intensively(intensivamente)
extensively – widely (extensivamente)
fully – thoroughly (a fundo)
systematically (sistematicamente/metodicamente)
thoughtfully (atenciosamente).
 Algumas frases comuns com o verbo study são:

be easily studied/well studied.

Exemplo:

Grammar can be easily studied as long as you have a comprehensive

grammar book.
(Gramática pode ser estudada facilmente com tanto que você tenha
um livro de gramática abrangente).

Although this is a well studied subject, just a few people have a good
knowledge of it.
(Embora esse assunto seja bastante estudado, poucas pessoas têm

Podemos ‘study for (something)’ ou ‘study under (somebody)’
